Love it! It’s perfect for hot chocolate making!

Even though the packaging zip top is useless to me because it doesn't completely closes, the cocoa content is AMAZING. If you're use to commercial brands like Hershey and Ghirardelli, you're in for a treat with this product. It's velvety in texture, meaning it's a fine powder. The taste and smell of this cocoa is rich, causes me to think of fudge every time I open the pouch. To close the pouch, I press out any air then fold the top of the pouch until it meets the top where the cocoa is at and add a clip to secure it. Then I place the sealed pouch inside a zip top plastic bag. I make sure it stays upright to prevent spills. This is the best cocoa I've ever had, and God knows I enjoy chocolate, cocoa and the like, especially when its unsweetened. I have used the to make hot chocolate, with and without cream, and each serving was extremely flavorful due to the cocoa. Adding cream to it as a drink is truly delicious. I don't think you'll dislike this product. I do plan to repurchase this cocoa and I've no intention to buy another brand of cheap cocoa like the two I mentioned and others.

The other reviewers are right on the money with this one. The chocolate is delicious - it's a very deep, rich, finely ground chocolate. Compared to other chocolate powders, you'll probably need to add a lot less of this one to get the taste. I love it, but if you prefer lighter chocolate this might not be your thing. If you add too much, it can get bitter and chalky quickly, so use a light hand. If you really love the taste of chocolate, then you'll like this.

Great cocoa powder, smell and taste so good

This is an absolute amazing product to use when baking anything chocolate. This is a top notch product and I will keep it in my pantry always.

This makes incredible hot chocolate! I have not tried using it in any other manner yet but feel confident it will perform well. Highly recommend.(I have no idea why "sheerness" is listed as a quantifiable attribute)

This cocoa powder had a very unique flavor and a strong aftertaste. Not a fan as my recipe didn’t taste like I anticipated it would. The texture was also grittier than others powders I’ve used in the past. Not horrible, but not for me.
