Djeep Lighter Assorted Colors (Red, Lot of 4)

I bought these for a friend after he raved about their quality.We didn't receive one of each color, but rather two oranges, one green, and one purple - no blue. They also looked a little banged up and dirty, and my friend discovered that they were not solid plastic but rather a colored sticker wrap. He peeled one right off to reveal a plain black lighter underneath. Disappointing (even though the solid black does look nice), considering he remembered having one in the past that was solid colored plastic and not just a sticker.We either received a knockoff, or the bottom of the barrel from the warehouse! Luckily, they all work and feel nice in the hand.

Not as advertised in photo, didn’t get the blue, instead got 2 oranges.When i told them the mistake , they were like , meh, it says assorted colors.

I love these lighters! Thought they went extinct because they dissapeared from all the stores.Doing a totally unrelated search on Amazon, I was surprised and happy to see them still available.Made in France, these lighters are very reliable. Large thumb button, nice design, adjustable flame too.They almost always light the first time, and you get a consistent flame.Just one tip; they (and all dispo lighters) work better at slightly above room temp.Must have something to do with the internal pressure, but if the lighter is cold, it will not work properlyand you wont get much flame.I keep mine in my pocket, and get a nice tall flame every time.The colors are nice, they last a good while, but you cant see how much butain is inside, but giving ita little shake tells me there is still stuff inside.Oh, their kinda cute too :)

I've had my Djeep lighter for six weeks, and it has been faultless in its performance. Something not mentioned, is that this is a "soft flame" lighter. As a tobacco pipe smoker, this is important to me as I do not want to "torch" my EA Carey's.

Really disappointed in these. In the past, whenever I had a Djeep lighter, it lasted forever. These emptied out quick...I would say I got about 3-4 weeks per lighter...Bic lighters do way better on average! I don't know if these were old and had leaked, but they didn't last nearly as long as they should have!

I've used Bics for a long time, but flicking them 5 or 6 times to get a flame gets tiresome. These Djeeps are far superior as to how often a flick equals a flame. These lighters can be hard to spin the flint wheel when new, I almost felt like I could get a blister for the first couple dozen uses, but it did get easier. A great lighter in cool colors.

I didn't want to give this a low rating because I think that they're the best lighters around. They last forever. However, if you do order them, check each and every one to make sure that they are in working condition. I got a broken lighter included in my order.

Got all 4 lighters and they work nicely, same colors pictured. They're stickers over a black lighter compared to the original solid plastic.. looks cheap but passable, soft material also scratches and scuffs super easy. Fast shipping and they work, decent price, cheap looking/not original solid plastic. Pic shows 1 day wear and the sticker wrap finish.
