Rosey Necklace for Women “Snow Elves” Silver Jewellery, Women Pendant 925 Sterling Silver with Cubic Zirconia, 18-inch Chain with 3.5 cm Extender

I brought this necklace as a stocking filler for a relative. The necklace came quickly and was packaged in a lovely presentation box with a cleaning cloth. However when I opened the box I saw that a stone was missing from the snowflake setting. It also had scuffs and scratches on the back of the pendant too. As I have never had a problem with an item brought from Amazon before I was unsure what to do, but after a while I managed to request a return & refund, though I would have liked the opportunity to request a replacement as it was a nice piece of jewellery.However once I had organised to return this necklace the seller quickly contacted me via email and asked if I would like a replacement which I agreed to, giving the seller the benefit of the doubt. This too was expedited very fast.The second necklace that arrived very quickly was also beautifully packaged, but the overall quality of this necklace was very disappointing. It looked a much poorer quality and it looked like the pendent bail would break easily. When I took it out of the box to have a closer look at it, a stone fell from the setting onto the floor! I couldn’t believe it. On inspection I found that the chain was also discoloured, although it was marked with S925 in several places. It also had scratches/scuffs on the forks of the snowflake pendant and on the back of the pendant too. I also noticed that the forks of the snowflake were also bent.So this time I contacted the seller directly via email, sending them photos and decided that I wanted a refund. The seller was very polite and apologetic and processed my refund quickly.I’m not sure if the price should have been an indication of the quality and I’m dubious that the second necklace sent was actually sterling silver but I took a risk that didn’t pay off in this instance.

Extremely well made, can feel the good quality of the material, very good shining, specially towards the sun, as seen on the photos.My girlfriend really loved it, she loves all frozen jewellery, she love the design and was even surprised it came from amazon.She wear it now for 1 week, and still as if still arrived today, comes with a nice soft cloth which helps it to keep the shining.Arrived quite quickly and been extremely happy with it to be honest, nice gift for the love one.

I got this pendant for my teenage niece. It's the great product and is priced very reasonably. It looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The chain quality is very good and is stylish and elegant. The chain length is 18 inches and suitable for a young person. Colourless zirconia crystals in the middle complement silver design. It comes in a velvety interior box and includes polishing cloth.I would highly recommend. Delivered on the same day.

Arrived promptly. Looked really nice and well presented in a lovely gift box. The recipient seemed to really like it. Definitely good value for money. Would recommend.

Arrived today and WOW a lovely necklace, beautifully presented in a hinged sateen gift box which itself is in a gift box, a silver cleaning cloth is also included. So impressed I've ordered another 4, looks so much more expensive than the price paid.
