Didn't skip leg day? You might not fit...
If you have large, muscular calves, this product might not work. It is adjustable, but my man's calves are almost too big for it to fit. He climbs ladders all day and has nice, thick calves. I made an adjustment velcro extender to add 3 inches to make this wearable for him. It works well other than the sizing issue.

Comfortable
I carry a compact 9mm. If you get this holster, it super sturdy for an ankle holster, even when running. Wear you sidearm high in the holster and as high away from ankle as possible for most comfort

Comfortable and good quality!
I have been carrying a p365 XL with this holster and it is very comfortable. Other reviews mentioned it being uncomfortable on their ankle bone but I don't have any problems at all with that. I think if you don't have it high enough (a few inches too low can make a big difference), it could be a problem. The retention straps work well and the extra magazine holder can be used for other items too (flashlight, Tourniquet, knife). The holster doesn't slip at all throughout the whole day and is very comfortable to wear. I recommend a smaller handgun than a p365 XL just due to the length of the grip making it obvious under the pant leg that there is something there. A 4" or less grip on a handgun will work great for most people. You should be too concerned about someone seeing a little bit of bulk on your ankle anyways. Almost no one will notice, if they even know what to look for and where to look for it. The one and only thing I would change about this holster is the retention strap for the handgun. I would prefer the button to be able to be undone with my thumb in a downward motion instead of up with my fingertips. That's easily worked around though with a little practice and I don't expect to have a 1 second draw with this holster anyways with it being an ankle carry holster.

Ankle holster
Got this for my husband. He says it's comfortable and after a while he forgets he even has it on. It's not detectable under his jeans. I'm planning to buy one for myself.

It does what is expected....
.... and while that might seem like a less than stellar review, that's no small feat for those who conceal carry. I may add or revise my review down the road, as I've only tested this holster with one of my home defense\concealed in purse firearms, which is a S&W 9mm and not my purpose for the holster. I'm awaiting a Glock 42, which is much smaller and lighter for my petite frame. However, if I was comfortable with the much larger, much heavier 9mm, I feel confident that the holster will perform well with the Glock 42. I have to say that for me, the 9MM is not concealed with this holster, but that is NOT the fault of the holster; repeat NOT due to the holster. I'm a petite 4'5" tall (not a typo and yes, I'm an over 50 adult), so the greater than 7" long over 22 ounce weapon is an enormous calf\ankle bulge. But I can move from building to building on my property throughout a full day, with my firearm safely, securely, effortlessly, and comfortably traveling with me at every moment. The holster fits me at 4'5" tall 83lbs and also my 5'10" 210lb husband, although slightly tight for him.

Highly concealable, affordable and in a desperate need for reinforcement Velcro!
I work in a field where I have to go to multiple peoples homes throughout the day and my destinations aren’t always the safest environments to say the least. So I carry a concealed weapon as allowed by law in my state. This holster is excellent for concealed micro handguns. Personally I vary a Sig Sauer P365 in it and no one has ever noticed and I wear scrubs as my professional attire. With this product I’m able to carry and no one notice while wearing scrubs that are like comfy pajamas In thickness. The holster is comfortable and I completely for it is there … UNTIL. Until the not so wonderful Velcro starts coming unstuck. Then the holster starts sliding down my leg and next thing I know I have a hunk of metal whacking into my ankle. So I pull it back up, Re-wrap it around my leg and try to stick the Velcro together as much as I can. But this uses an almost Micro-Velcro so it’s not the normal sticks together better than a pair of conjoined twins type of Velcro, not at all. This comes apart fairly easily. Now don’t get me wrong, this only occurs about 25% of the time but still when it doesn’t happen it’s highly inconvenient because you can’t just pull up your pant leg and start messing with your concealed hand gun just anywhere. You have to find a bathroom to go into or your vehicle so that people don’t see what your doing and think you’re going to rob the store you’re in. Instead of sending back and complaining I just “fixed” the issue buy buying some of the conjoined twin equivalent Velcro for fabrics and I got some liquid stich and added the super Velcro on areas that overlap but do not posses any Velcro at all. By doing this I have removed the issue all together and not I don’t have to deal with any movement of the holster. It stays where I want it so that if I ever need what’s in it, it will be where I want it. Hope this helps!
