Holy Ghost Sermons: Timeless Spirit-Filled Messages for the Last Days

Once again through one of the Lord's faithful servants from 'another age' we hear the Holy Spirit declare that our God is the same yesterday, today and forever! Maria's messages are unswerving and uncompromising and I was a bit startled how undated they are. Even though I love the 'do and teach' of the Spirit filled Gospel, and am aware of the arrogance and pride of the so called 'modern society' and its pretence of ultra sophistication and so called 'New revelation', I felt ashamed because deep down in my heart, there was a hint of this same superiority as I began to read this. I did not expect these messages to be as straight and true as they are and this book reconfirms to me that 'The Priesthood of all believers' includes all saints that have contended for the faith through the ages. But it also serves , for myself anyway, to highlight that even though I say I am inspired by the book of acts and the early church, I actually am actually so wide of that benchmark and here is a recent example of someone who was prepared to take God at His Word and walk the walk.Very humbling and inspiring.

I love this book!

I never get tire of reading books about the Holy Spirit. We have been bombarded by books that don't edify the life of Christians. When I ordered the book Holy Ghost Sermons by Maria Woodworth-Etter I knew that I will be blessed. This is a book of only 197 Pages but filled with the presence of God. If you want to have a new experience with the Holy Spirit by this book.

I'm now reading, I love to read about great men and women of God. This lady was a Great Woman of God.

the words and speech are quite dated and the events somewhat redundent but to a follower of the great healing revivals of that era, its a good solid read.

This book is very interesting and encouraging. It is alot of pages so you can read a little everyday. Makes you realize things weren't any different in the 1800's then today. God is the same and times are the same. Very powerful and awsome is worth the purchase.

Maria Woodworth-Etter is an icon for the faith, and these collections are priceless. Thank you for sharing them with us.

Great inspiration. Who knew that the present healing revival was pioneered by women who were refused entry to Bible College on grounds of their gender.
