Not what you're looking for
I purchased this unit after watching a Youtube video of a CKM Car Design Version being installed in the 2010 Mercedes C300, they look the same but the Amazon version is shipped same day whereas the CKM one takes about a month to recieve. They are based out of Sweden. Price is relatively the same, one just arrives faster. Unfortunately after installing this one I found that there are differences that matter. Some of the hardware for this one is cheap and flimsy. The control screen is not easy to navigate and only has a clock on the LH side whereas the CKM unit has a photo of your car and shows you when a door is open etc. The instructions with this one are not easy to understand whereas the CKM unit has a couple of install videos that simplify the process. I returned this unit for a refund and ordered the CKM one which I'm currently waiting on. If nothing else I know how to quickly disassemble the dash and put it all back together quickly after messing around with this one. It is not recommended. Check out CKM Car Design's website and demo video on Youtube if you're in the market for this.

No instructions
No instructions , when contacted seller was told did not have instructions made and just plug, it’s not a plug and play like it says

Very little instructions....Its difficult to program
3hrs. to install 8 hrs, to find videos and set up. It can b done but good luck. BTW the set-up instructions are have wrong values . LOL!! Good luck.
