I have no idea what the negative reviewer is talking about. They should have contacted the company or watched the video manual if he couldn't figure out how to use it because OMG it is amazing. I took it out of the box, put it on the ground and pushed the button and it immediately started vacuuming. I left it just to go and see what it did for about 15 minutes before I finally stopped it and watched the manual online (it came with a written one, but I prefer videos with things like this) I have 18 month old twins, and I flat out don't have time to be vacuuming and mopping as often as they would require. I'd be doing it 3 times a day and they hate it when I take out that stuff. This machine on the other hand they completely ignore. I did get stuff on the rug one time when it pulled up off the ground. So I would suggest making sure you have area rugs are secure and you don't have a bunch of stuff for it to get stuck on. It isn't a person after all, you have to be realistic in what it can achieve but so far, I am 100% satisfied and I know when friends and family see it, they are going to be asking for the same for Christmas lol For this price, you are not going to find a better vacuum with wifi, remote and mop. Do yourself a favor and get it! You won't regret it.

I love that it has 2 spinning brushes to collect hair but wish it also has a roller portion for better rug/carpet cleaning. I am just getting used to the mop portion because it was difficult to get the water to filter down for some reason. I went online to the site and read the small manual it came with, but could not find the video the manual refereed to. Without the video, I was still able to set it up and sync it to my phone. Overall, I am highly satisfied but their are some difficulties I did not foresee even though I read reviews and researched the product after having a different brand of robot vacuum.So helpful with keeping up with my long haired dog.

Not effective in any room. It gets stuck on everything even a nightstand or coffee table. You’d have to have a completely empty room with no plants or rugs or any objects for this to work..

I haven't used the remote or the wifi, but this does a fantastic job of picking up EVERYTHING on our floors, especially the dog hair.

I liked that this vacuum had the ability to be set on a timer and an app to do so. I did not like how the vacuum consistly got stuck on everything. The video showed it would easily glide from hardwood to carpet which it did not. It got stuck everytime and then would reset once I picked it up to move it. I bought one for upstairs and downstairs and it wouldn't easily travel through my rooms upstairs. It constantly got stuck. It was more of a hassle then a relief. I wish I never spent the money on this product. What a waste. Oh and the simple bunch of cheerios that it sucked up in the video... never would it suck up even one on my floor. Ugh wish it worked better... was super excited.

We have several brand robot vacuums in our home and this one is by far the worst. It always is losing the WiFi connection in the app, even when it’s in visual line sight of the access point. The battery life is horrible, you can watch the percentage drain almost by the second. It cleans reasonably well but is of poor build quality. Filters hardly fit the rubber seals. The machine also cannot navigate a half inch drop and gets jammed frequently. Unless this is on complete fire sale like I bought it, save your money and buy a better model for a few bucks more. There is no way I would pay their suggested retail price for this failure of a device.

My parents are very happy with this product so far. They dont live near me so My Dad says its awsome. Hes very hard to please.
