These do as they say and it does not contain sugar just the main ingredient. I now just use soaked fennel seeds, do the same thing and they have a taste.. put some in a tea cup and have a glass. Leave the fennel seeds at the bottom of the glass.. let them soften and they are good to eat…

The three above do seem to reduce the amount of gas that squeaks out of my bum during lectures, butthe Simethicone 180mg Softgels Anti-Gas pills only relieve the bloating feeling - they don't do much for my actual gas leakage.For the cheap price of $7 for 60 softgels, I don't consider this to be a bad deal, but I also don't trust this more than a natural after-meal supplement that works reliably like charcoal, bromelain, and papaya enzymes.
