I ordered about 6 jars of Hydra Renewal .i have used it for over 30 years and recommended it to everyone. I can’t believe how bad these new ones are. They smell and make my skin itch. I think I am getting a rash. It is terrible! Don’t buy it.!!!!!

I do not like that it is a GEL now, NOT a CREAM. My first purchase months ago was great. Bought for moisturizing my face.IT'S A VERY HORRIBLE PRODUCT NOW.

I've used this cream for a long time! I only use Estee Lauder products, and since using this face cream, i never looked back. Last week I went to purchase it and got it home... I thought it was a dud. Returned it and got another. NOOOO! It smells so horrid of perfumes!!! Prior one had no odor. The new one is a gel like formula. I rubbed it on my hand and immediately felt itchy. The scent is so strong! I'm allergic to highly scented items. Your old formula was perfect! Especially for sensitive skin people (as advertised on jar). I can not believe they changed this. I pray enough people speak up. We want the old formula back. Pleeeeease!!!!! I dont even care if you up the price. I once chose you over ESTEE lauder. So I'm game! Please loreal !!!! Browse the web... you'll see in no time, people are sad with this change. Theres no way this can work. The smell is outrageous! It's like rubbing a flower scented perfume lotion on your face. I get itchy just thinking about it! I love you loreal! I only use your hair coloring and your makeup. Good quality. Help!!!!!!! :

I don’t like the smell of the new one and don’t like it being a gel. Please make it like a cream like before.was very disappointed with the product.
