Great but holster is to high
Works well and secure but hold the gun extremely higher. Little bit higher than a high ride attachment. Don’t love that but can’t count off because it is sturdy and does what is advertised

Comes pre-paired with the quick-disonnect
This product allows me to swap the duty holster for a paddle - I have used this product, like, once. It worked just fine - and the product comes with the quick disconnect already built into it. I quickly realized that I don't really care to carry a full-sized duty pistol in a full-sized duty holster on a paddle, but that's sort of beside the point.

Love what they’re going for. Not so great with all Safariland holsters
So I bought this so that I could easily switch my duty holster from my duty to something off duty. It works great and I really like it! The reason that it got four stars instead of five is that my holster rides REALLY high now making it a uncomfortable draw. So I just went out and bought an off duty holster from safariland that does the trick.

Simplistic design
Absolutely fantastic paddle. The simplicity of the design is really nice, can insert and remove from my pants without even loosening my belt and doesn’t move at all when it’s in place.

Sits Too High on Hip
This was bought for use with a Safariland 7360RDS holster for a Glock 45 MOS. I ordered the paddle attachment to use with my duty holster to easily switch from carrying in the field to carrying in the office. Unfortunately, the paddle attachment has the holster sitting too high on my hip and the gun/hoster digs into my side sitting down. This is not practical for sitting, especially for longer periods. I will be returning this product and looking for other options.
