Ford GT 40 fan
I have been a collector of Ford GT 40βs since I was 13. I actually saw the real car race at Sebring in 1967 with my dad. It is my favorite Ford GT 40 MKII .

Junkie collectible
This was made by junk makers in China and when you get it likely many parts will be broken. I ordered three different GT40 type models to add to my collection, all were broken to some degree and came from different sellers. I would NOT BUY these models. While historically accurate, they are garbage and you almost always get what you pay for in the end. Cheap models, cheap results.

History in 1/18th scale
Great fun! With a squint of the eyes and a little imagination one can go back to LeMans and win against the world, American style. My 4 year old nephew loves hearing the race history lessons. Especially when they are re-created on my workshop floor. Excellent detail and all around good fun.

For the money this is one of the better models I've found.
The detail is good, not perfect but very acceptable. I found if you want a more stock looking car you can use goof off to remove the white paint. Just don't let it touch the clear plastic cause it will turn it foggy.
