1966 Ford GT-40 MK 2 Black #2 1/18 SC408 by Shelby Collect

Didn't expect this diecast to be as detailed as it is. Almost feels like I could climb into it and drive it. Fantastic detail and a nice display base too. Worth every penny I paid for it.

Better than expected a museum quality model.

If your a fan of Ford vs Ferrari ...and I'm guessing you are since your looking at this GT40 - get it, you will be impressed. I have 3, they are all the 427 version with the two air scoops on the back. The McLaren car #2, is the prettiest IMO. Well detailed and nice black finish. #2 Seems to be very close to the movie version and real version, unlike the white #98 car which is different from movie and real car (wheel color, air scoops and red panels are different on real & movie versions) but it's still nice!

I also have the Exoto version, more than a $1,000 now if you can find one. However the Shelby Collectibles version is really good value, I don't think any GT40 fans would be disappointed consider it's price.

Fantastic model considering that the price is around 60 dollars. Extremely detailed and everything fully opens. Online pictures of products usually look better than the real thing. That is not the case here, car looks amazing. Perfect for collectors

It arrived Quickly and in perfect condition. Nicely detailed model. With current exchange rate for Canadian dollars, was a little more money than I expected, not Amazons or the vendors fault but still worth every penny I paid for it. Would highly recommend this one to anyone who is into vintage racecar models

Bought for my young son who saw a newer GT on the road and he simply loves this . Holds up well to play as thus one is used for more than a display piece.

The car itself is nice but the product is NOT 12.5" it is 9.25" so it is misleading. The box is 12.5 which is not the same thing
