This is a true and honest review. Paid full price and no compensation. I have to say that I was really impressed when I opened the box to my derma-roller. I have never used one before, but have read many good things regarding micro-needling, that I wanted to give it a try without spending a whole lot of money. The box itself was basic, nothing special. But, when I opened the box, I was really impressed with how the company individually wrapped each roller and the case with the handle and roller. So, it was like when you go to the hospital or dr, and they have those sterile sealed packages with the instruments in them? Exactly how these were packaged. To me, that tells me that they take alot of pride in their product and want to ensure safety and hygiene for the customer.I used my roller and was happy with the result. Felt like a mild sunburn on the face for the rest of the evening. I soaked the roller in alcohol prior to use, rinsed. I cleansed my face, applied toner, then rolled my face for about 10 minutes, being careful not to push to hard. Was a teeny bit uncomfortable at first, but quickly got used to it. The handle felt nice in the hand, not heavy or to light. Perfect. After using the product, I rinsed and soaked it overnight in alcohol and placed back in container for the next time.They state to use once every 3 days which I plan on doing initially. Then work up to every other day. I really appreciate ALOT the packaging and the extra effort they did to ensure the products were all sealed hygienically. I would highly recommend this product as your first and continued roller. I received no compensation, paid full price, and normally don't write reviews unless I am blown away. Thank you.

This is my first time using a derma roller. I have used it twice so far and I can see that my skin is smoother and just a smidge more taught. I've used creams and lotions and potions and have been impressed by how soft it made my skin, but the derma roller effect is different...taughter and smoother, not just softer. The pores look less noticeable too. I like that each part of the product comes in sealed packaging so I know that it is very clean and ready to use after a little soaking in alcohol. I will say though, that I saw less improvement after the second time. I think that I need a larger needle. But this is not a ding on the product or company, I am new to derma rolling and didn't know how my skin would respond so I stayed on the safe side with the smaller needle. I will continue to use this product for the next few months, until I have gone through all the needle heads. Don't know if the company reads all the comments, but if you guys are reading this, maybe put out a product where the .25 mm needles come attached, and then add in .5mm and 1mm needles...so people can move up to get even better results. I would buy that and I haven't seen that on the market. Or, to be eco friendly, sell .5mm and 1mm separately to go with your handle. I would buy that, so that I don't have to buy a whole new handled .5 and 1mm roller. I think it's more eco friendly and wallet friendly.

I made an appt to get microneedling .. then i decided to look up the tools. I decided on this one bcz it gave a lot of detail and instruction. I hv used it twice. Once a week. I follow it w a hyaluronic mask for 30 mins. I do notice a nice freshness to my face. I did my forearms too. Pleasantly surprised. I saved $375 ... and i got results.

I bought this product because I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager, and now that I am out of college and working, I am truly desperate. I have done what everybody else has done - tried proactiv, every brand of every cleanser and face serum and spot treatments and recommended moisturizers that the drug store offered, but still, there was little to no improvement, and the acne just keeps coming back. The derma roller is made specifically to reduce acne scarring. I, however do not have any acne scars, but I use the derma roller on my face, neck, and arms all over my red bumps and my blackhead and my whiteheads. And right after, I either shower to rinse away the dead skin cells (because there are a lot let over), or I take some ice cubes to calm down the redness. The next morning, I always always always see that the large red bumps have released the clogged dirt inside it, and the redness has gone down or completely gone away. Now, I just want to say one very important thing. The derma roller hurts, especially on the face and the neck, but if you really want it to work, you have to roll it on your face for more than 10 seconds. I usually roll it all over my face for 5 minutes (or more if I have time), my neck for 5 minutes, and my arms for 5 minutes. It doesn't hurt my arms, because of the thicker skin, so it is easier to take the derma roller to the arms, and that is why my arms have cleared up faster than my face and neck. But, every person is uniquely different. Every person has completely different skin. I hope that this review helps. I'm sorry that it was so lengthy. I use this product almost every day, so I would say that the price is worth it.

So I wanted to wait until I used this a few times before writing a review, I've now used this 2x a week for 3 weeks and although I was initially sceptical I have to admit I can see a difference.This seems to be a good quality product, I like that the roller heads come with little buckets to pour in alcohol, makes it so much easier to sterilize. Also, I would highly recommend watching a couple of YouTube videos if you've never done it before, the instructions that come in the box are clear but it's hard to judge how hard to actually press unless you watch a few other people do it.Overall I'm happy with this and would definitely buy more as I need them.

The replacement rollers are dull, disappointed!!

Ya probé el producto y le doy un 10/10. Tiene rodillos de repuestos y se siente como trabaja en la piel. Lo recomiendo 100% . Si lo usas con ácido hialuronico , vitamina C pues el efecto es mucho mejor .Si. Volvería a comprarlo
