Good quality, muche better than expected due to price. Light, tough and durable. Nice soft finish that seems to be hard wearing. I would recommend this mat.

I like to stand around my kitchen island and work on projects. With osteoarthritis, your knees tend to stiffen up after awhile. This mat gives me much needed extra cushioning which helps alot! Easy to clean. You can push it around with your feet if you need to move it but is does stay on my tile floor and is the least slippery I've found without having to add something sticky underneath. I would recommend this for any spot where you stand or even sit like under a desk.

The mat is a perfect size and it does help your feet feel less sore. Please note that you will be standing up and eventually your feet will start feeling sore no matter what. However, I'd say this mat prolongs that soreness by 20% or so.I find it best to work about 4 hours standing up and the rest sitting down. That way I don't put too much stress on my knees and feet and my back doesn't hurt as much. Definitely recommend alternating between standing and sitting.

its more like a kitchen mat than a good fit for a office mat. Perfect size for my desk though
