Be careful. Can cause severe nausea for some.
Two days on a row, causes severe nausea. I’ve been taking cayenne from other suppliers with no issues. Plus I used to add a big spoonful of cayenne to lemon and apple cider vinegar. Because my other supplier was out of stock, I bought these. Maybe I’m taking the incorrectly but I can’t see how. I took the first a few hours after food with plenty of water. Issues. I took the second with food and water, issues.Price, value and presentation are all top notch. Personally, the value isn’t worth it.

Although I had read around 1g being okay, this product is unusable for me. Like other reviewers, it causes severe burning sensation at the top of the stomach even taken after food with milk in the middle of the day. I've stopped after less than a week.

This product came in a bag not in a box like on picture, scammers!the pill makes my stomach bad, and want to vomit , especially on empty stomacheven with food it upsets it.
