Heel Pain/Heel Spur Blue Dot Heel Cup (Large Men's 9-13 / Women's 10.5+)

For a cushioned insert this is better quality altho it's thickness can be a problem in making your foot feel a bit too snug in the shoe.

My Husband wanted these because he is on his feet for 8+ hours a night and is running around a restaurant all that time. He is very happy with them and his feet feel much better wearing these then without them.

Have what I believe is a heel spur, been using these for months with no improvement. Going to have to go see the doctor to see another alternative.

at first very nice feel on the foot with the bone spur. After a month it seems like what made it feel good starts to deplete. Being these cost double what Tulli heel cups do I would expect them to last twice as long. This did not happen. Going back to the Tulli's and replace them monthly as I wear steel toe work boots and on my feet twelve to fourteen hours a day!

They help a little for my small heel spur, but I still know that it is there, if you are on your feet a lot they help.

I currenly am dealing with achilles tendon issue and heel spur and this is wonderful , I am now able to walk at least 1 mile a day , grateful !!!!!!!!!!
