Heel Pain/Heel Spur Blue Dot Heel Cup (Medium Men's 5-8.5 / Women's 7-10)

They say fit is women's 7-10. Not so for me. Way too big. The brand Spur Dot Heel Cup is great. I have a pair used for running shoes and casual and dress. They wash easily and stay put at heel with right size. I wear size 11 B shoe, and Heel cup size Women's Medium fits very well.

The heels cup are nice, but they are a men's large size. I know because I already own a women's medium pair. A sticker with the incorrect size had been stuck onto the package to cover up the correct size. Additionally, the blue dot, which is pictured as being located on the side and in an egg shape, is not. It is exactly in the center and oval. This is not the most effective design for helping plantar fasciitis. I gave them to my grown son, and he likes them ok since they were free to him and he had none previously.

im not sure if the size was wrong or i should have just ordered a size smaller but the inserts were to big for my shoes and bunch up. i wear a size 7 womens so if your rite on the edge between sizes i would suggest ordering the smaller size

My daughter is still wearing the heel cups and slowly the bone spur is hurting less. We wonder how long it might take to completely heal the bone spur. Thank you for your interest.

Some relief. Unfortunately, I did not have the same amazing results as other reviews. It gets 4 stars simply because it actually stays put, which is a nice change from others in the past.

I mean what a hugh difference. The pain in my heel was outrageous. The idea of having my heel operated on wasn't a option I wanted to undertake. And taking pain pills that took too long to work. Within a few days I was walking without much pain. Each day the pain lessen.I am so glad I bought this. Want relief of heel pain. Try it for yourselves.

Size shipped was not as ordered, the medium for women that was ordered fit a mens 11.5 shoe.Product itself is excellent if sized correctly.
