Great hanging kit for patio lights! I didn’t need all of the pieces, but it worked well for our deck (about 75 feet of lights). The black wire looks good with the black wire of my lights. Before I ordered anything, I took a rope and measuring tape outside to visualize the best hanging pattern for my lights to ensure I ordered the right amount of wire and brackets. I installed the wire first and had it ready to go when my lights came in then I used zip ties to attach the lights to the wire. I preferred to set the lights tight against the wire vs draping. Loving the new look and it feels a lot safer to have the lights attach to this sturdy wire.

Easy to install, picture provided with instructions helped with assembly of hardware and wires. Plan to have good wire cutters, a socket wrench and zip ties for the job. These items are not suggested or included with the kit. We installed 2 48 ft lighted strands over the existing deck in a zig zag pattern. Consider testing the length and tautness of the wire before tightening and attaching the small clamps. You can create extra work for yourself if removing and resizing to meet expected length and reduce sagging once the lights are attached. Wait until the wire system is fully attached and assembled before stringing lights or adding the bulbs.

The first time I ordered this product it had everything I needed to hang my string lights. This second set was a reorder of the first one but the cable was about half the gauge of the first one. The smaller cable was harder to handle and didn't fit the securing clamps like it should. I had to double the cable to make it strong enough and therefore ran out of cable quicker.

easy to use, not sure the longevity of the cable. I thought I was ordering a heavier gauge and we surprised how flexible and thin it was. We will see how it weathers the summer and winter in Washington. I think it would be good for shorter runs (10-20ft) versus the 60 ft runs I wanted to run. Also, wish they offered an add on of just the hardware, I needed a few more of each and had to go to local hardware store.

I'm so glad I got this as a kit, because the included hardware really made it easy to do what I needed to do instead of hunting around for various fasteners.In my case I needed to run this around my yard, attached to trees and such to hang halloween decorations. It worked perfectly. I was blown away by how thin it was and how strong it was. I really believe it can handle the full weight indicated in the description.

Excellent product. Everything you need to hang your lights. Quality materials. My on only recommendation is to provide a couple of additional turnbuckles, a couple more caribiners and 4 to 6 more pcs clamps. I did end up having to go buy some more of those items to complete my installation.

Received it last week and got it installed over the weekend. Excellent product. I used it to hang 2 48 ft string light sets across a 34 ft patio. Wire is made well. Took some effort to cut it size. Pretty self explanatory on how to install it. Would have liked to see zip ties added to the package. Had to go buy some black ones from HD. Highly recommend it. Much cleaner than other solutions out there.

I purchased this product to hang string lights from my house to a tree. The product is great and the hardware is so easy to use. I needed 4 turnbuckles and clamps so I purchased a set from Home Depot and the ones that come with this set are SO much better and easier to use. I would not hesitate to purchase this again!
