I use this amazing product mostly for an appetite suppressant and energy level..I’ve gained a lot of weight since I’ve been at my job where I sit all day..so I tend to eat when I’m not really hungry. This product here made it so I wouldn’t eat unnecessarily and also gave me a lot of energy..if you use as instructed you will definitely feel and see results I have lost 10 pounds which might not seem like a lot but with the holidays just passed I really didn’t add much exercise.

This product genuinely seems to cut back my hunger significantly without any negative side effects. Pretty awesome way to help me build better eating habits and lose weight! I take two about one half hour before eating a healthy lunch and have found that I have generally have had no late afternoon cravings and am happy with just a light, healthy dinner. This product is reasonably priced, so definitely worth a try if you are trying to build healthier, more controlled eating habits.

I’ve been using this product for almost a month now I have like 2 days left but the only thing that I can say is it help me cut cravings and it did curve my appetite but I can’t say it’s help me lose any weight. Can’t say it gives me any energy at all either. Would I buy this product again no. I don’t regret it either made cutting out all the bad foods easier

There is no flavor to it, was very easy to swallow especially since I've had throat surgery. This pill help suppress my appetite quickly and was very effective. I love it and will continue to purchase. The energy helps me keep up with my 5 kids.

I’ve tried SOOOO MANY other brands and None ever did what they are intended to do. I was reading through the reviews on these and decided to give it a try and YES!! I love these and I definitely recommend these. I’ve gone down 8lbs and i’m not even done with the bottle. These are a Major Major Go!! I love these and will continue using.

I took 2 pills, and it made me hungry. Then I read somewhere that you are supposed to take the supplement a few weeks to really suppress your appetite. I also did not take it with a meal like the directions instructed me to do. So, I will update later if it really works....

I still eat my regular meals and sometimes have a sweet tooth, but it seems a little easier to turn down a large or second portion at lunch and to eliminate or to reduce afternoon snacking. It provides an extra boost to control my appetite. I don't feel jittery or shaky and have not had any negative side effects.
