I recently tried to upgrade the microSD card in my LG G6 LS993, but when I tried to remove it I discovered the tray was cracked/broken on the microSD side (a surprisingly common problem from what I've read). Not sure how that happened, but I was very gentle and got everything back together and working no problem.However, the next time I tried to remove the card, a piece of the tray actually broke off inside the phone, preventing both the microSD and SIM cards from being able to go back in the phone at all. After lots of wrestling with a pair of tweezers and my phone, I got the broken piece out but the phone wouldn't read either card in the broken tray. I couldn't send or receive any calls/texts, and I no longer had access to music, pictures, etc. stored on the microSD card. I was afraid the card reader(s) might be damaged, but figured the cheapest place to start was to try a replacement tray.After lots of looking, I'm SO GLAD I went with this one. This was an exact/perfect replacement for my phone - right down to the color. My phone model is "black" but the color on the side is actually more of a charcoal gray, and this tray matches perfectly. Even better, once both the microSD and SIM cards were properly seated in the new tray, it went in the phone without any problems and now I'm back up and running (vs. having to consider repairs and/or a whole new phone). As described and fit my LG G6 with no problem, once I got the broken piece of the old Sim tray out of the slot. The color matched the side of my phone, and appears to be well made. Came with an eject pin, which came in handy for fishing the broken piece out. Don't know how durable the new tray will be, but at this point I have no complaints.

The original SIM/SD card tray broke yesterday as I was trying to remove it. The lower right-hand corner of the original tray had broken off and there was a piece of the original try stuck inside the phone, which I used tiny needle-nose pliers to remove. After that my phone wouldn't recognize my SIM card (or SD card). I didn't know if it was because the tray was broken or if I had messed up the contacts trying to pull out the stuck broken section of the original tray. Luckily I found the Yuyound OEM tray and it was a lifesaver. It basically arrived overnight and I just replaced the SIM/SD cards and now my phone has been resurrected. I'm a happy camper.

serves its purpose. i think overall these products are pretty flimsy and require replacement more often that should be the case but that is a manufacturer issue. i just bought two in anticipation of the inevitable.

After ordering became concerned that the band around the phone wasn't actually black, the color received is for the band on the black phone and was a perfect match. Looks like and exact replacement for the broken tray right down to the printing

does what is suppose to. nice positive seal you can feel closing the sim port... but not flush .NOT OEM
