I just started stage 1. I have not lost anything. Its only been 4 days though. OK so here's the "skinny". I read through ALL the reviews. I know amazon sellers can "pad" their reviews. I think that is scamy and its definitely been done here. I mean some of the same exact word for word reviews with a different name attached? Give me a break. But I bought it anyways because I really want to get the last 10-15 pounds off. So far juicing gives better, faster results and juicers are cheaper and you know exactly what you are putting in your body. I'll update after I go through all 3 stages but I think people should know the ratings have been tampered with here.
