Shotz Natural Energy 12 Count Acai

I am the type of person who could use a pick me up every now and then. Unlike most however, caffeine has a adverse effect on me, and instead of making me feel energized and awake, it makes me sleepy. So most energy products don't work for me. I was happy to see Shotz Natural Energy as a nice alternative. I quite like that it has so many vitamins and nutrients in it. It is also fairly low in sugars as well. This is a big difference than the energy drinks you find on the market.I took one of these Shotz before work, in the mornings is when I need my boost of energy. I got the flavor Strawberry Lemonade, and to be honest, it doesn't really taste much at all like strawberry lemonade. It does have a very tart flavor, and is kinda strong. Drinking it straight from the bottle isn't for me. I instead like to pour equal parts of the Shotz to water, and add in a few ice cubes. This knocks down that strong flavor, but still works wonderfully. About a hour after consuming, I am at my full peak. I don't feel jittery or anything like that. It gives me that feeling like I was well rested and just ready to go.These are great to pop into your purse, car, briefcase, etc. They can fit easily in a desk, locker, or what have you. I'm pretty impressed with these. My one and only criticism that I could give would be to work on the flavor a bit. I was first introduced to Shotz Natural Energy last year by a local gym where the product is sold. Due to it's natural ingredients and minimal caffeine (compared to similar products), I was drawn to the item. I'm highly sensitive to caffeine so I try to use PWO supplements containing caffeine sparingly. I purchased and consumed one shot prior to my workout and felt energized with a sense of well-being. Today, I purchase this product direct and have never had any issues.I give this product my highest endorsement and recommend it to anyone looking for a natural boost of energy without feeling jittery or anxious.

I recently purchased these bottles to help fight that afternoon slump. I have tried them now for a couple of days. After lunch, when I hit my one o'clock slump, I took a bottle. On both days, a half hour later, I no longer felt the desire for a little nap! I was ready to hit the rest of the day. I felt refreshed and invigorated well into the evening. What a great feeling! I love my coffee, but this was different--no jitters, just a return of that morning energy. I purchased the berry flavor, and the taste is quite strong, but not unpleasant. It could easily be diluted with water and be a pleasing drink.

Why is it advertised "no added sugar" when the second listed ingredient is pure cane sugar

I LOVE Shotz energy drinks!! This is the best day-to-day energy drink for me!! I don't like or drink a lot of caffeine as it makes me a bit jittery. The formula in Shotz not only gives me good energy with out feeling jittery, it makes me feel clearer mentally. It makes all things possible!!! I believe that the formula is the perfect one for energy, improved moods, clarity and all around improved productivity. And I never feel "addicted to it." I can go days without, but then if i get in a slump, I have 1/2 one in the morning to get me started. I also use it before I run and it greatly improves my distance and speed. Sometimes I use it in my smoothies, too. Love this product!!!!

It definitely gave me an energy boost with no "crash" afterward, but there is an aftertaste (Straw/Banana) for me.I won't be trying any more strawberry/banana, but will probably give Shotz another try with a different flavor.

I used to take the 5 hour energy shots extra strength when I needed a boost... Especially before work. It worked fine but I was concerned about all the sugars and caffeine, so I tried the Shotz Natural Energy.... Had the same effect, worked quickly, lasted a vigorous 10 hour shift and I rest easy that I am not doing my mind and body wrong by it. Love this stuff! I highly recommend it!
