This worked perfectly for our fireplace situation. We have an uneven rock wall and cannot hang anything easily on it. We were able to screw it into the wood strip behind the trim on the ceiling. The only thing to watch out for is measuring evenly for the screws, oh and we used self tapping screws instead of the ones that came with it. Fortunately my husband is good at it! They seem quite strong and we had to put the picture close to the ceiling because of space, so the extra wire we rolled up and taped to the back of the frame.

I needed to install artwork in front of a concrete foundation wall in a basement bedroom, so a ceiling mount was the only option. This hanging system was exactly what I needed to support the size and weight of the artwork. Installation took just a few minutes with a drill and Phillips head screw driver. The system was very easy to adjust for leveling the art and has held everything securely in place since it was mounted. Now I see art from one of my favorite artists instead of a blank wall!

These are FABULOUS!!!! We have concrete walls and an exposed ceiling in our industrial look basement. We had to get creative on how to hang artwork because of the concrete walls. We were able to connect these to the joists. Since we had several pictures around the room, it would have been a nightmare getting them all the same height. These adjusted up and down with ease. Any excess wire was rolled up and taped to the cross wire on the back of the picture. These are high quality. Whoever came up with them is genius!!!

Works exactly as designed but should come without the bottom clamp crimper attached so you can add another hook to each wire and then attach the crimped piece that keeps the cable from fraying. I bought extra hooks to put two on each for flexibility in my hanging wall but had to get new clamps for the end of each wire at a big box hardware store. They should come with the clamp but not have it attached yet.

The mounting bracket that you attach to the ceiling is so bulky that it's difficult to attach close enough to maintain a profile that sits close to the wall. The system is straightforward enough, but it's not a very clean finish.

I'm in love with these. I wanted to hang this painting on this wall but everywhere on this wall my stud finder kept saying AC. Decided to go up and I'm so glad I did. I wanted to start hanging all kinds of stuff after this. I love the adjustable wire too. Great design.

Great product!! We have a wall, that is tile from ceiling to floor... didn't want to drill into it. Your priduct offered an excellent option and looks modern and contemporary.
