Nona Lim Fresh Traditional Ramen Noodles (10 oz., 6 Count) - Vegan, Dairy Free

Ramen should be just the right amount of chewy but also stand up to sitting in broth for a little bit. This one was perfect. A chewy texture with a creamy flavor that soaked up the broth I made perfectly. My son was playing video games while he ate so it sat for a bit but the noodles stayed the right texture and did not go mushy. A little on the pricy side if compared to store dry ramen but reasonably priced for a vegan fresh ramen delivered frozen. They were mostly thawed when the arrived so put them away immediately!

Overall we like the noodles, they are great. A bit more expensive than we would like, but our options around us are limited so this is what we got!

I love these noodles...I bought them one time to try and I had to get more. They are al dente when they cook so they don't lose that nice bite. The coconut lime bone broth goes with it SOOO well.

I have never liked the dried Ramen noodles and was pleased to find these fresh Ramen noodles. They have a nice ‘tooth’ to them when cooked and are especially wonderful in the Nona Lim Coconut Lime Chicken Bone Broth! They come packed in dry ice and were still very cold/frozen when we received them along with the broths we ordered. They were packaged very well to protect them as well. These can be kept frozen and the insert in the box with the noodles says they will last 14 days once thawed. Very pleased with this purchase and will be back for more! Great to take for work lunches or for a quick meal at home. Thanks for delivering such a fresh clean product! And no, I was not paid or given anything in return for this review.

We really enjoyed this traditional ramen in our homemade kamonabe. We felt better using this fresh/frozen ramen over the dried ramen sold in most stores. Delish and good for you, a double win.

Ramen has been comfort food to me since I was a kid. While there are good quality dry products, you can't beat fresh or even frozen noodles. These are quality noodles that I just can't get locally. Same cook time as dry from frozen. Awesome.

Flavor was great. But I was worried that because they arrived thawed, that they were no longer safe. Also it was unclear when I ordered them that they were frozen. I expected them to be shelf stable. Very expensive.
