I'm a large, athletic, individual who generally has decent posture. However, as I age I'm increasingly focused on my health and mobility. I've been wearing this item on my evening walks the last few nights and have concluded that it forces you to focus on maintaining great posture. This focus has quickly become a habit – irrespective of if I'm wearing the item – and this new habit has significantly reduced the tightness in my neck and shoulders. In summary, this is an outstanding product and I highly recommend it for those individuals looking to maintain a healthy, active, and pain free existence.

I was at first skeptical when I heard about this posture corrector. A friend told me about how well made it was so I decided to try it.Wow! This thing is sturdy. The neoprene is comfortable and the velcro is a thick and the stitching is dense. I've worn it everyday since I received it. I haven't had to adjust it once. It stays in place and I'm already seeing the benefits in my shoulder.Others I've tried had velcro that loosened and needed to be readjusted after two wears which can be frustrating.So glad my friend told me about it!
