Bottom line is for the right application it does the job. Negative is it does hurt and your are really just burning your skin off. To give you an idea of the pain,....it is like getting a low lever electric shock while being touched with a match/ You get used to it while you are doing it though and it is tolerable for short periods of when you understand what is coming.IT removed several skin tags for me, but remember in the interim you are going to have a burn and scab and probably raised bump around the area you treated, so its not like you are going to scrub away your blemishes and be done with , you'll actually look worse for several days while the skin heals.The device is hard to change settings. Often doesn't respond and hard to turn light on and off without changing settings. Charging was easy and quick with standard usb.

It’s ok, it does hurt some people. My husband freaked out cuz he said it hurt while trying to remove a little skin tag but I was fine doing my own. It’s good to have bandaids and ointment on hand cuz the spots have to heal and they do feel like burns.

Burns but only top surface deep not enough to remove just causes bleeding and a burn mark once healed no improvement to mole . If you enjoy burning holes into your body like a soldering iron then go ahead.

So disappointed. Didn't work at all, in fact while trying to remove a tiny mole it got bigger afterwards. waste of money time and unnecessary discomfort

I've spent thousands of dollars at the dermatologist's office over the years, paying for her to do exactly what I can now do for myself at home using this tool. I'll take and before and after pics of my next round, but for now, I recently burned off some sun spots, skin tags, a mole and a lot of sebaceous hyperplasia on my forehead and face. This tool is very much like the one dermatologists use. Yes, it works by literally burning off the top layer of skin and/or any bump you want to be rid of. It doesn't leave a blister (as a match would) but, rather, it leaves a tiny wound that scabs over. After a few days the scab falls off, and once the skin completely heals (in a week or so) there is no sign of the bump or spot that was once there. The one thing that doesn't work is the light-- when it's on it casts weird blue light that actually makes it HARDER to see what you're doing. So if this tool breaks I'll replace it with one that has no light and costs $10 less.
