More of a fruit preserve
It's a fruit preserve, like the commercially available marmalades.I was not able to get the apple fruity flavour, but the cinnamon did sting.Overall a decent preserve which can be taken with bread.Almost gave a 3* due to the uninspiring fruit taste despite the high cost, but gained the extra star due to its organic nature.
