Tried to buy one locally , all the big jewelers wanted a fortune. Found this one on Amazon and got a friend to fit it for me. Really good value for money and the quality is excellent.

Would say this would fit a medium sized man's wrist mmy wrist is small so just a bit of slack on the strap
