About the Author Marissa Marchan is a Child Support case manager by day, a creative writer by night. She is the author of two children's books: A Boy Named Ray, and, And Then There's Haley. Her inspiration for the story came from her then-eight-year-old grandson, Ray Angelo. When her sister passed away a few years ago, it took her a long time to cope with the grief and loss. Ray Angelo gave her the strength and courage to move on with her life. He pulled her through the most difficult time in her life. Since then, she has continued to pursue her writing career with even greater enthusiasm, and has written two books in the Spoiled Brats Book Series. Four more novels in the series are in the works.

A sweet, fairy tale style romance.
A fun story that at times reminded me of the movies 'Overboard' and 'Runaway Bride.' Runaway Romance has a lovely old fashioned fairy tale vibe to it.Some of the grammar and tenses are a little off, but it didn't deter from a story of young love, second chances, and good triumphing over evil.

It was a quick read with easy writing style
Note: I received this book for free after requesting a copy from the author from an author's group. I do not personally know the author and was not asked to leave a review.The story is centered around a young woman who is forced to marry against her will. As you will see in the story first the disbelief, then the denial and then she caves, but not for long. What would make a father force his own daughter to marry someone she detests? You've got to read to find out more.It was a quick read with easy writing style.

The book just continues to pull you in with the characters making you almost feel like part of them
This is the second book that I have had the pleasure of reading and I have to say I am quickly becoming a huge fan of her work. Her writing style has a unique voice. This book keeps you wanting more and more. I found myself not being able to stop reading it. The chemistry between Ben and Sam is electric and I found myself rooting for them from the very beginning. The book just continues to pull you in with the characters making you almost feel like part of them. The author first hooked me on her first book, My Amnesia Girl. If you haven’t read the series, I strongly suggest picking up a copy. I can’t wait to read the rest of the Spoiled Brats series. I received a complimentary copy from the author for an honest review. This is a definite must read for all who believe in everlasting love.

A little more editing.
I received this complimentary copy for an honest review. I was happy for the ending. Wasn't sure what to expect.A little more editing though. I wasn't able to follow the story in some chapters. Might have been sentence structure. Over all a good story.The chemistry between Ben and Sam was a page turner!
