Absolutely get this if you want relief from body aches!!
Because I haven't exercised in years, I found myself in pretty bad shape. My knees hurt, I can't walk for very long without excruciating joint pain, and my shoulders feel as if they want to come right out of the sockets. I can barely lift them. I knew I had to do something; and I heard that stretching is a must. Out of all the ones I've tried, Lastics stretch programs are by far THE BEST. The instructor is very knowledgeable. I work out with this one and the "A Stretch Like No Other" one. My knees don't hurt anymore, and I can lift my arms again. If you don't want to do hard excercises, you should at least have a stretch regime. Lastics will bring your body back to life.

Great Workout for improving Flexibility when you don't have hours to workout!
I love this workout and enjoy all the stretching. I wish I lived near her studio to attend classes in person, but I am so grateful that she made a video. It's amazing how much less stiffness I experience since starting this workout. Highly recommend!!!!!

It's different - in a good way.
I do wish that the instructor would give a bit of a heads-up regarding going to the next move. I'm used to a cue or something to let me know we're transitioning. So, I always feel that I'm a bit behind in getting into position and therefore don't have time to hold the stretch as long as I should before moving to the next position. I also wish she would explain the breathing a bit. I realize that it's a short video, but I am one of those people that benefits from the reminders to inhale/exhale. Plus, she does a panting or short breath that seems to be an exhale during one of the moves, so I think this type of thing should be explained as one is doing the exercises. Also, I'm accustomed to paying 15 - 20 dollars for 90 - 125 minutes of exercises. 10 dollars for 15 minutes seems a bit high, especially since it comes in a cardboard thing rather than a plastic case and I had to pay additional for shipping. I would have greatly appreciated a 2nd 15 minute stretch routine added to this, or free shipping and an actual storage case. Those are the things that I would like to see improved - the things that would make it 5 stars for me.That said, I really like this stretching routine. I am a heavy exerciser - weights, intermediate to advanced step, kickboxing, aerobics, yoga, etc. I needed something that just stretched in a relaxing way, but wasn't so long as to take up the time I use for my higher intensity exercises. It's a different type of stretch than the stretches that follow my 'cool downs' on my other exercises videos. It's even different than what I do on my yoga days. It just feels like I'm stretching different areas and stretching them differently, increasing my flexibility. She's pretty good at mentioning modifications too. I see no reason why most people couldn't do these stretching exercises. If one absolutely can't get up from the floor (stretches on a mat) to a standing position (for standing stretches, then I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, it's great. It's also organized - no up from mat, back to floor, etc. an unnecessary amount of times. It's relaxing and short. There is no way that I can make the time to do one of her longer videos, but they may very well explain the breathing better. It could just be because this one is so short. Great product, in my opinion and like most exercise, you get out of it what you put into it. This shouldn't cause you to sweat, be out of breath, etc. I've done these stretching exercises about 3 times now over the last month (I have other stretching videos that I alternate with) and like how I feel when I'm done doing it as well as how I feel while I'm doing it. It adds variety to my workout regimen without taking up much time.
