The item looks great. It's made by good quality material. Mines came defective but otherwise it's look like the item is a great one.

Sound it’s great on headphones but the external speakers are horrible and have no bass at all. No happy because that’s the main reason i bought them. Theses are going back.

Its very comfy and convenient, problem is if you use the external speakers the right side gets super hot, and the right side loses sound permanently in both external speaker and the earbud because of it. The plastic plate also came off because of the heat. I'm currently looking for a better option to replace this one because of these issues.

I bought this for myself because I liked being able to have speaker on, and because when I'm driving I need to be able to hear what I'm doing. I'll update this review after about 6 months to see how the headset holds up, but as it stands, I think I'm going to get a second one. This headset is superb, despite its bulk.PROS:- ELDERLY FRIENDLY. Buttons are all separated. Volume +/- is its own button. Skip forward/back is its own button. The Siri/Google button/voicedial is separated out. The play/pause is separated. The speaker button is a separate switch. The on/off is a separate switch. My father is in his 60's and struggles to use these headsets that require 2-second, 3-second button presses, and his memory is absolutely terrible. This headset was EXTREMELY easy for him to use because everything is its own separate button, and it's all labeled. In an age where everybody wants to have 3 buttons control 50 different features, you wouldn't normally consider this a feature, but I do. Nice job, guys.- Excellent battery life. Was using it for a couple days almost non stop, with the majority of it being on speakerphone.- Good microphone quality; my friends said I sounded crystal clear on Discord, even when using it in speakerphone mode.- Music and sound quality is excellent. Decent bass, good trebel. It doesn't sound tinny or muffled.- Earbuds feel good.CONS:- No microphone mute functionality. I sometimes need to mute my microphone in the presence of loud equipment so the caller I'm talking to does not get annoyed.- headphone cords are a tiny bit short, so if you tuck the device under your collar like I do, you will definitely feel a tug when you turn your head all the way.- Not a fan of the earbud retraction. It operates the same way a curtain does, and I'm not sure how it will hold up over time. I prefer the kind that use a button to retract.

We ordered a set before and it was great. So I ordered another pair for my husband to wear. After 6 months one side doesn’t work at all and the other side only the speaker works not the ear bud itself. Have yet to hear from the company about helping solve this issue.

I am generally very happy with my Bluetooth headset, especially the “wireless” aspect. They are easy to use and hold a charge well. Customer service has been very good. I had one earbud quit working and when I contacted the manufacturer they quickly agreed to replace the unit and I received it within a week.

In less than 30 days the left ear went out, a week later the entire set was out. Tried emailing warranty but no response to this day. I'm shopping for something else right now. It was great while it lasted but it didnt last.

Received this as a gift and it was just what I was looking for. Thought I wanted the ear buds, however, after having this i'm glad my husband and son made this choice for me. The sound is great and had no trouble pairing with my devices. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for personal listening device.
