Paper Monograms: Create Beautiful Quilled Letters Hardcover – March 5, 2019

This is the first time I've tried to quill monogram letters and I love the templates. Really fun!! And I love the strips that come bundled with the book, since the majority of my paper strips are too narrow to use for these monograms.

Great book, patterns are awesome! I scanned them into my computer so I can resize and reprint as needed!

Considering you get both the book with instructions and the materials to make the monograms this is a great deal for the price.

This I have been quilling for several years and have many books on quilling by true experts. I have taught several classes myself. This is an elementary book/kit for a true beginner. I will give this to my 10 year old granddaughter. I was hoping for an explanation of how to form the frames and whether you cut the frame or the quilled coil or swirl to extend it beyond the frame. There was absolutely no instruction on that from those I thought were experts. Actually some of the quilling itself was poorly executed on some of the letters. I like the templates for the letters themselves but had to reduce them on my copier so I could fit them on a greeting card. Cute idea but if you already quill pass on this one .

I am pleased with this book. The templates of letters do help to make working with quilling techniquessatisfying.
