I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect car DVD player for my daughter. I did a lot of searching... I was looking for a player with a large screen, a sturdy (included) bracket, the ability to insert the DVDs without having to open the machine, auto-resume, and built-in speakers with the option to add IR headphones or connect to the radio via an FM transmitter.The resolution is nice, install was easy, and it’s a nicely sized screen.The remote is a little over complicated for children but my 10 year old has been able to figure it out so far.I took a big chance with this one since there was only one review at the time of purchase but I’m glad I did! Definitely recommend.Update: Just wanted to add that the player does not have a built in battery and has to be plugged in at all times. Another reviewer mentioned it doesn’t stay “charged” that’s because it doesn’t charge.

Just bought at Mercedes Metris van and thought this would be the best screens for the family. I bought 1 to test the fit. Not only did it met my expectations but it far surpassed them. I only did a temporary hook up to test the resolution as that’s the most important to us. But the Apple TV wast awesome on this screen, iPhone looks amazing as well. If I can figure out how to change the splash screen to a Mercedes logo I’ll buy 4 more. I had the screen installed in less than 15 (basic setup) without hiding wires. Perfect for the professional, weekend warrior, or just a simple mom or dad no tools needed.

Nice display and I like the size and that it has an hdmi input but the bracket to mount it to my headrest is too small (my headrest bars are too wide apart) and so I can use it as desired. I’m hoping the manufacture might have some adapters/longer metal bars to replace and correct this.

So far the dvd is excellent. I like the top load for dvd. It was difficult changing dvd on the old one. Great picture. Remember it does not include headphones

There is no SD port!! Buyer beware, it is a TFT port.
