easy to install and great product
the instructions were simple and installation took about 15 min. very sturdy and keeps the camper from rocking when you go in and out. light and easy to lift and store.

Your RV Tires must be Level
RV entry steps with solid foundation. Really like them. The more level your RV is the better things work. Very sturdy construction. Very easy to install.

Removed from camper
We love these steps for our camper. They are sturdy and much better than the steps that came with camper. The only issue we had is had to trim the door a little to make them fit properly. After this was done they function perfectly.Update: We used these steps for several years on our camper. But at times they make the door hard to close and are rubbing the screen. They are very sturdy for climbing but are not east to get positioned in a way that the door will close properly.

No Screws with Steps
Product is great, was relatively easy to install. However, the seller’s customer service is not the best. There were no screws included with the steps to attach it to the camper. I messaged customer service from the amazon app to ask about the screws (or lack thereof) and/or if we were to use a specific screw to attach (that we should purchase). Several days later, I received a response saying: “I took this under review but I was not able to find an order from you in our system. This could possibly mean that you placed your order through a different company, in which case I would advise you to contact them directly for assistance.”All I wanted to know was IF we were missing the screws. Who knows?! We attached with other screws, hopefully we did it right since I was unable to get an answer...

DIFFERENT THAN PICTURED
Showing the newer model and sent the older version. There are several differences. New version: 1. The handle underneath to pull down with. 2. Click & slide to make stable (instead of pulling a pin on each leg to adjust). 3. Has a larger step on top.
