Overall it's a really cute Santa hat it's rather cheaply made. Thin material and it looks like it's already falling apart. So if you buy it for a child, it won't last long whatsoever. I have a small cranium and it's a snug fit. If I could find my measuring tape I would have put all the measurements down on this review. Pro: The product does come with the required batteries ( 2 AAA ) which is nice, and the material is the plush instead of felt. Both hats did work out of the pack.Con: The product description is not truthful in saying 1 size fits all, especially for adults. I bought the 2 pack for my 7 and 9 year old boys. I didn't actually see if they are both exactly the same size, but the one that my 9 year old seems a bit tight, fits him; the one my 7 year old was wearing did not fit, it was very small for him. I did read other reviews that complained about the size being too small, and since i was buying for my kids, i thought it would be okay, but it turns out, the hats are even too small for my 7 year old.Another item, which is user error, but the hat ended up failing off my son's head, and the plastic battery compartment broke so it wouldn't stay securely closed by itself.

Take note everyone these hats in no way will fit any adult I know & probably would only fit very small children. Bought them for the wife & I to wear for holiday season & they are so small all they would do is sit on top of my head, Way Way Sm. If you're an adult take my word for it, it ain't gona fit you but it might fit a sm child fine.

I have purchased some cheap felt holiday hats in the past which were just ok qualitu. However this is a quality material hat with LED lights which can be set to different blinking patterns. I have used this many times the last two holiday seasons and the batteries are still going strong. Based upon the quailty material good batteries and my own cost/benefit analysis I recommend this hat with 5 stars.

The "light show" on the hat is really awesome! I bought one for an adult friend but it was way too small. The remedy was fairly simple. I bought a different Santa hat of the correct size and transferred the lights and battery pack to the larger hat. Presto, problem solved. I bought 2 more of these hats for my young grandkids (5 and 3), and the hats just fit. As they grow, will have to resort to the different hat solution.

Fairly comfortable to wear. The hat sheds a little bit, and the wiring on the lights is poorly done (prone to breaking); but if you are buying these hats for a single evenings entertainment, they will probably last the night, and they do look cool when they work.

I purchased 2 of these hats for my 5 and 7-year-olds to wear in a holiday parade. The hats are good quality and the blinking lights were perfect for the parade. The batteries are AAA which makes them easy to replace, so I expect to continue using the hats for years to come.The hat would only fit adults with small heads. It fit my 7-year-old perfectly and was only slightly large on my 5 years old, but stayed on her head just fine.

Good hat! My OH roared with laughter when he saw me wearing this, and immediately wanted it for himself, but it was miles too small for his big head. It's worth measuring round your head first - if you measure more than 22" (56cm) where you'd expect to be pulling this hat to fit, it probably won't as it's only made to medium size and there's not much give. Should be fine for most kids and women, but if you're generally unlucky with the paper crown in your Christmas cracker fitting your head, then this unlikely to be any better. Bah Humbug.There's a string of little LED lights glued to the inside of the hat, all round inside the white fluffy brim, and up through the hat, 20 in all. The battery pack sits inside the turnup on the brim, out of sight - two AAA batteries were already included, a little switch on the pack turns the lights on/off. The lights twinkle, fade, flash fast and slow, varying, the user doesn't have any control, the lights do their own thing.The lights flash in different colours, but the colours only show on the white turnup part, as the red plush top disguises any variance in the colours.Any pulling around of the lights is likely to result in them coming adrift and the loops connecting the lights aren't tacked to the fabric, so might get caught in your hair. A timely stitch will keep the lights and loops a bit more secure.Lost the fifth star because, for the money, they could - and should - have been made with a bit more care and attention to detail, but they're a bit of fun and just right for a bit of Christmas 'Bling.'The batteries last an age - should be good for a couple of Christmases, at least.

Badly fitting hat. Definitely NOT big enough for an adult. You cannot also tell what colour the lights are in the red part of the hat and some of my lights had come loose from the glue inside the hat. Not very well made and will only fit a small child’s head. DESCRIPTION NEEDS TO BE CHANGED FOR THE PRODUCT INFO. Save your money...there are better on here that fits!

These hats are too small for an adult. I ordered 2 for my 13 & 17 year old children (UK sizes 6 & 12 respectively). It is so tight that it will barely pull over my 13 year old’s head & can’t be pulled down to cover her ears. It is simply child sized & doesn’t fit my 17 year at all. Really disappointing are the fabric is quite plush and the lights are great.

nice hat lights up brilliant would recommend to friends definately but just one small snag its a bit tight to pull on needs to have that adjusted
