UUNITONA 4.5L Automatic Pet Feeder Cats Dogs Food Dispenser with WiFi Remote Control Timer Programmable Simply Smart Feed and Voice Recorder (no Camera)

NO customer support, NO adequate information on the connectivity requirements, NO way to ask any questions, NO solution to this piece of crap feeder. I would stay far away from this unless you solely depend on a Cellular Hotspot for your internet connection (which NO ONE does...). This would be a great product IF it worked, which it doesn't. I'm an IT Professional, and I cannot get it to work on a 2.4Ghz WIFI network, and I tried EVERY single adaptation. I changed security modes, turned off security all together, changed DHCP to static addressing, unblocked Ports, eliminated MAC filtering, literally tried every single option on the WIFI router but to no avail. So, I checked it using a second Cell phone broadcasting a Mobile Hotspot tether, and it worked right away! So, I know the unit is functional, but NOT with a WIFI router as advertised! The APP will ONLY connect to the Feeder if you're using a SECOND mobile hotspot as an internet access point....>>PERIOD ... Stay far away from this and the Petwant F3 feeder, which both use the same OS and have the same problem with NOT being able to connect to your home WIFI router. There is no technical support to help you fix this, and it cant' be resolved without the manufacturer rewriting the code.

This works pretty well! We used this to feed our cat while out of town. One thing that is strange is that the automatic feedings times are not exact. We set it for 1pm and it goes off some time within that hour. The manual feedings work perfectly though. This coupled with a camera makes it easy to ensure our pet is fed. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

I find this feeder very convenient, there’s an app for your phone that goes along with it and makes it very easy to use. It’s just as described and gives me peace of mind knowing that my cats are eating the right amount of food. You can choose to record your voice or something else to play when the food is dispensed, and I did try this but I was not a fan of the sound quality so I decided not to use this feature. I have noticed that it is a little noisy when it’s dispensing the food I can hear it two rooms over. Overall I think that it works perfectly for what I need, and I would purchase it again.

Easy to set up, and the app is pretty straightforward and simple to use. Works as described with no issues so far. Only wish is that it could indicate how much food is left in tank or if tank is empty. Otherwise good price relative to other smart feeders out there!

Steer clear. It arrived and wouldn't sync with the app. I returned it and am still waiting for a refund.

Suddenly stopped working and stays offline after 6months purchased. I tried everything to reboot it or reconnect it to the wifi but always says failed!!no customer support or help from this seller!so frustrating
