I nearly didn’t go for this little gem as there are a few negative reviews but so glad I did as it’s amazing quality and value!Pure are a premium brand so I knew I’d be getting great sound from this speaker and so it’s proved. Using the QR code makes setting up a breeze with no trouble finding and connecting to the WiFi and then my Amazon account for use with Alexa. For its size the speaker is quite heavy but that’s probably due to its premium metal casing, even it’s packaging shouts quality although I’m not sure it would be worth it’s full price of over £200? The £66 I paid was a fair price for a smart speaker with this quality sound. I bought this despite the bad reviews as I have faith in the Amazon return policy should things go south but so far I’m more than happy with this purchase.

At £30 its brilliant but might have been rather dissapointed at the original price. Sound is great build is solid. I don't understand those who have had problems setting it up I had it up and running and conected to other smart items in a few minutes. Connected easily and quickly via aux bluetooth and wifi.To clear up the 2 apps issue you simply down load the main Pure app and from that select the product you have it then downloads the app for that specific item. You then just use that app or Alexa to control the speaker it really is that easy. Sound is far better than echos but the microphones may be slightly less sensative in a noisy environment but I think difference is marginally.

Sent this back as it only worked when it wanted to and was very hit and miss. Lot of money to spend on something that has a mind of its own

What to say... Ordered 6 cheap. Got 5. 1 box was empty.Open 2 boxes and both speakers faulty, suspect what it is or battery or power supply fault.Managed to run one.Battery won't hold but sound is OK on JBL level. Not great but better than average.I'm afraid when battery is dead speaker become useless. Here is no way to replace anything.Pure web page seems is dead, no support, no nothing.No multiroom functionality. Microphone seems not responsive. Functionality is very limited tooEcho Dot 3 for twice less is better option.Don't buy lemon. Not sure if I would take it for £5.... maybe good for some spares?

Well after owning a couple of these I have to say they're amazing value now. The sound is excellent and has good clarity at high levels with deep base too. Battery life is also really good. Superb bit if tech and also very portable. Ignore so.e bad reviews, if you learn how to use correctly its awesome value.

It's a £30 bluetooth speaker, and that's what it sounds like, it's fine in terms of sound quality.HOWEVER, the functionality on this device is pointless when combined with Alexa.I have been able to get the speaker to 'be an Alexa' but the idea of playing music out of multiple devices with Alexa remains an enigma even after all these years.Essentially I have an Echo Dot in my office and one of these Pure Speakers but there is no real way to have them both play music at the same time. Alexa recognises the Pure Speaker enough to be allow you to use it as a bluetooth speaker paired with the Echo Dot but this comes at the cost of rendering your Echo Dot silent. You can only play one at a time which is a pity. The Alexa app remains abject garbage though so it could be that - if I ask Alexa to 'Play Everywhere' she will either say that I am already streaming elsewhere (when I'm not) and try and sign me up to an expensive plan or if you do it on the app it says 'oops something went wrong'The whole Alexa system is a mess and to me is less functional than it was even a few years ago. I like the idea of a smarthome and devices all connected but we are still 10-15 years away from getting it right I would say. We need an open source, intuitive eco-system not this rubbish provided by Amazon.

Alexa built into speaker which sounds great but distorts maximum level. I paid less than £70 but it should be over £200. Don't think I'd pay original price though, £70 feels like you got a good deal

Very good speaker and bought at £29.99, you can't go wrong at that price. Very good functionality if you use all the options

Vorab: die Akkuspieldauer habe ich nicht getestet.Hatte eigentlich nur einen blechernen Radiosound erwartet, hatte den LS als Ersatz für die Bose Soundtouch (hat immerhin Bassreflex) gekauft. Aber schon bei den ersten Musikstücken war ich vom Volumen vor allem auch in den Tiefen und dem Raumklang sehr angetan. Sehr gut auch die Mitten (meine damit die Stimmen) - finde ich sogar um einiges besser als bei der Soundtouch. Auch wenn es bei uns hauptsächlich als Standgerät dient, finde ich das mit dem aus- und einfahren zur Beförderung toll gelöst.Einzig die starke Ausrichtung auf Alexa finde ich etwas "unangenehm" (aber das wird immer mehr so weitergehen). Sonst klare Empfehlung.

Llevaba bastante tiempo buscando un altavoz con Alexa en español y que tuviera batería, y encontré este en la sección de reacondicionados a buen precio, desgraciadamente al llegar descubrí por qué era precisamente reacondicionado...Lo cierto es que solo lo he usado pocas horas, pues al descubrir los defectos, y uno muy importante como es que uno de los dos tweeter que componen el altavoz no funciona, ya sabía que tenía que tramitar la devolución.Lo poco que he probado me ha gustado y disgustado a partes iguales.Como es lógico fallando uno de los tweeter no he podido comprobar perfectamente la calidad o potencia de sonido, pero he de reconocer que me ha costado darme cuenta de que fallaba un tweeter si no es porque en las descrición y fotos de la web pone que es un sistema 2.1 (dos tweeter y un subwoofer), y porque notaba más sonido en la parte izquierda que en la derecha al acercarme, obviamente cuando puse el oído donde estaba un tweeter y sonaba y en el otro no ya supe que definitivamente algo no iba bien. Pero si lo escuchas desde lo lejos es más difícil apreciar que un tweeter no funciona. Dicho esto, el sonido aún así me ha parecido bastante bueno, con buenos graves y agudos, a pesar de como he dicho solo tener un tweeter operativo, pero si confirmo que es imposible que este sistema tenga 45 W RMS, no creo que llegue ni a 20 W, aunque suena lo suficientemente fuerte para llenar una habitación. Otro aspecto negativo respecto al altavoz es que no es estéreo, aunque le falle un tweeter, hice pruebas de sonido de izquierda y derecha y el tweeter que funcionaba siempre sonaba.En cuanto a la configuración, no he podido con Android, y finalmente lo intente con IOS y ahí si pude configurar el altavoz, pues en Android no me encontraba el altavoz la aplicación que hay que usar (Pure DiscovR)Una vez configurado, he probado algo Alexa y parecía responder bien, excepto cuando el altavoz está en volumen alto, que ahí tenía que hablar más fuerte. En la opción de Bluetooth me ha funcionado bien, aunque como he dicho, lo he probado poco el altavoz. También quiero indicar otro punto positivo, que funciona perfectamente con una cuenta de Spotify gratuita.Por último hablaré de la batería, y es el otro aspecto por el que definitivamente lo voy a devolver, no se el motivo pero no carga al 100%, supongo que puede ser por ser reacondicionado, pero a mi solo me llegaba al 94%, pero lo peor de todo es que después de tiempo cargando y viendo que no subía, lo desconecto de la red eléctrica, lo pongo a funcionar y repentinamente baja al 89%. Al cabo de poco uso, supongo que varios minutos, ya iba por el 78%. Después fui probando de vez en cuando a lo largo del día, no creo que llegara ni a dos horas de uso, y la batería ya marcaba el 56%, muy lejos siguiendo estas pautas lo veo de las 15 horas que indica la descripción del producto. No hice la prueba de descargar la batería al completo puesto que al llegar a ese punto procedí con la devolución y empaqueté el altavoz.En conclusión, si no fuera por estos dos problemas importantes (batería y tweeter) sería una muy buena compra, sobre todo por el precio que me costó reacondicionado.ACTUALIZACION: He pedido otro altavoz, en esta ocasión el de color negro, y aunque en esta ocasión no falla ningún tweeter, es decir el altavoz funciona perfectamente, me he encontrado con un problema aún peor y es que Alexa no reacciona cuando la llamo, es decir, cuando pronuncio "Alexa" este altavoz no responde, salvo que esté sin volumen y me acerque pocos centímetros del altavoz, así que supongo que el/los micrófonos estarán defectuosos. No se si serán en todos los altavoces reacondicionados pero parece ser que todos tiene algún fallo.También añadir que me he encontrado el mismo problema con la batería, aunque esta vez lo he probado completamente hasta agotarse, y su comportamiento sigue siendo muy irregular. No me ha durado ni unas 4 horas usando el altavoz a lo largo de un día.Así que sigo opinando lo mismo de este altavoz, aunque por este motivo le he bajado una estrella en la puntuación, sigue siendo un buen altavoz Alexa en cuanto a sonido, pero con muchos fallos para merecer la pena su compra.

Altoparlante soddisfacente ,sia come estetica che suono , potrebbero migliorarlo un po' sui bassi , comunque soddisfa , alcune funzioni non importanti di Alexa non funzionano per incompatibilita' del dispositivo , buona l'autonomia della batteria ,cosa che altri dispositivi come ECO PLUS non hanno

ho ricevuto la cassa da qualche giorno. a differenza di alcuni che lamentano una configurazione difficoltosa devo dire che l'associazione attraverso l'applicazione dedicata sia con il bluetooth che con il wifi è stata estremamente semplice. il suono è particolarmente potente e ricco di bassi. ad alto volume non distorce. insomma un ottimo prodotto. non ho messo 5 stelle in quanto seppur acquistata come usato non presentava gli accessori a corredo ed inoltre era abbastanza sporca.

Hallo,die Box hat mir 2 Jahre lang sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Besonders Streaming via Alexa Befehle geht super.Jetzt kommt aber das ABER :Genau nach 2 Jahren Betrieb läßt sie sich nicht mehr laden. Auf Anfrage bei Pure wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß das Gerät aus der Garantie von 2 Jahren ist und eine Reparatur wohl auch nicht mehr sich lohnt. Ja, das Gerät ist 26. Monate alt. Hier hätte ich Kulanz erwartet. Schade. Nie mehr Pure.
