An awesome product. Way way better than its other rivals. Infact the other ones are no where a match of it. The auto switch off is a great tool. The accessories are all very useful.

The Product Package was NOT factory sealed and it has fingerprints all over it
I had been keeping an eye on the Price of this particular Braun Hand Blender Model for a long time and finally got one through Amazon at a great Price.The Product was delivered on time. However, the Product Package was NOT factory sealed and it has fingerprints all over it. I'm not sure if a Display / used item has been delivered to me. I'm surprised that an Amazon fulfilled Product was not sealed packed.I'm not sure to return the Product and get a replacement for it. Please suggest.I checked the Motor and it seems to be working fine but i have not yet used the Product for food processing. The whisker attachment is not a perfect fit and is a bit shaky or is a loose fit. Also the small white knob in the Lid of Smaller Jar which is driven by motor is loose. It looks like some washer or something is missing from it.People who already bought it and are using it, can someone comment or help me on that.Thanks.I did a lot of research on hand blenders before buying this one and i'm a bit disappointed to see it.
