So useful
There are other grow bags in the pic but within the trellis netting is the 135 gallon bag. I have only been vegetable gardening for 3 years and never experienced a grow bag so big!!! I underestimated the amount of soil needed but I just got more. I’m hoping to add to what I grow next year, so I’ll be getting another one of these

It's a good value. But I'm guessing requires too much soil for the average Joe.
Grow bags/raised beds work well provided that one is willing to fill and pack it with a medium that supports growth by providing a soil that retains moisture, nutrients and oxygen and gives the bag support. The idea that the bag provides support is erroneous. It's packing it with a good quality medium that gives it support ,the shape of the bag. It's takes a tremendous amount of dirt. It has to be quality. Too loose soil will not work. It will dry out quickly. Don't buy this product unless you are willing to purchase or build the dirt required to give it shape and provide a medium where growth will flourish. It takes over 18 cubic feet to fill. People who skimp on quality and volume of dirt will suffer. The grow bag is under 20 dollars but if buying bags of soil to fill it at Lowes or home Depot, one could easily need to spend well over 100 dollars to aquire the 9 or10 -2 cubic feet bags needed to fill it. Good luck. I like the shape. It's not super beefy like a smart pot, but it's got size and shape for not too much money. I hope to take care of it and hopefully get a few years out of it. Good luck.

Raised bed planter
Great raised bed planter when space is at a premium. Several plants can be planted and cared for very easily.

Nice sturdy bag!
Growing some massive Luffas and Black Eyed Peas in this right now, it is performing spectacularly. Can recommend.

Not as large as advertised. Floppy, even with rebar supports.
I purchased this 6’x3’ raised fabric bed so I could do square foot gardening.I thoroughly read reviews, and understood that the primary complaint was that the sides would collapse outwards as the heavy dirt was added to the interior. I attempted to prevent that issue by adding rebar supports every two feet. Unfortunately, it didn’t help, and the sides still swelled outwards.Additionally, once it was filled, I attempted to lay out my grid for square foot gardening. (If you are unfamiliar with SFG, you lay out a grid to divide your raised bed into square foot sections.) Unfortunately, the raised fabric bag was smaller than advertised, and instead of one foot square sections, I wound up with anywhere from 9-11” squares. Instead of 18 squares in this 6’x3’ bed, I am winding up with 10 functional squares. Extremely disappointing to say the least.I purchased two 6’x3’ fabric beds and one 3’x3’ fabric bed in an attempt to save money this season. (We are in a new home, and I wanted to test out growing conditions before investing time and money into building something more permanent.) However, I feel as if this is wasted money. These *might* work as a liner in a wooden framed raised bed, but would likely be unnecessary.Buy at your own risk.

Great for beginners!
This is an awesome product for beginner gardeners who aren’t able to have permanent planting boxes. I have mine on my patio and it’s been great. The only issue I have with it is that it isn’t very sturdy so if you don’t have anything to support the sides you can find yourself using 2x the amount of dirt just to fill it.

Seem to be what I needed
These bags should do the trick, although they do sag out quite a bit on the sides. I filled the bottom half with leaves so I didn't need as much soil. I think if I filled the bags entirely with soil the bags wouldn't stand up to the weight.

Bien utile en potager urbain
Chaque section contient assez de terre pour faire pousser mes légumes. Très grand finalement. Est resté solide toute la saison... à voir après 1 an?
