I've been extremely happy with these lights! They're not blindingly bright, but have crystal clear brightness easily visible from 100 yards through the tinted top part of the windshield. * I did not use the suction cups or the plastic extenders that hug the windshield due to the rake of my windshield.* I haven't personally encountered any issues with the light reflecting off the windshield (since I can't use the plastic extenders) impairing my visibility while driving day or night; the wires running from the 12 volt outlet to the lights themselves are a slightly annoying, but again not impairing my sight while drivingThey are light enough with plenty of surface area though where the suction cups normally go to attach them with Velcro and then to the headliner/roof without fear of them falling off. Getting a 12 volt multiple port extender easily allows me to use both bars at the same time. There are several light patterns to choose from so I can synchronize the bars together or use two different patterns. They'll easily attach and work in any rear windshield too

I can't figure out how to mount this. The suction cups do not work! I tried for an hour and it just fell off the windshield?

These are a great deal for I need them for. Right now I have them installed at the top back window of my Crown Vic on either side of the window. Working security and having to do a lot of my own patrols in my vehicle on site or from site to site having those in the back to signal that I have to make an abrupt stop or to block off a section on one of the properties I work. In some cases they work really great when you’re on the side of the road helping out Friends or family on the side of the road stranded and keeps us safe as we either try and fix the issue or wait for a tow truck.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m a independent contract carrier and I do deliveries from midnight till sun rise.I got these safety lights to give my personal vehicle some visibility to other drivers because I go down a lot of dark streets and neighborhoods with hardly any street lights.This product is just what I needed and could afford for the price.I would have gave this a 5 star rating but for one problem I found and from the looks of a few other reviews,other customers have had as well.When I first installed theses lights for some reason the fuse kept blowing out after every uses.I checked the car cigarette lighter for any shorts and it was ok so I checked the lights and found the problem.For you DIY guys your going to have to take the whole light apart ,pull the circuit board out the housing unit and your going to find that the factory solder to the main power and negative Red/Black wire has a little extra solder on the circuit board that’s causing it to make contact and therefore short out the plug fuse.To fix this problem I just carefully scratch off the extra solder around the red and black wires and put the light back together and I haven’t had any problems with fuse blowing out ever since.The light is very bright for day and night use.Its way worth its price.

I have had these for many years and they still worked great super bright especially at night

Love the light, all the modes are pretty sweet and come in use for different situations. 2 issues I have are, the suction strength and the location on the button to switch modes. Other than that, I will be getting more for some fleet vehicles!
