I don't like being misled. Colors are faded, dull, quite different and non-vibrant.In the product description, a phone number is provided if there are any questions. I tried it twice and both times got "We're sorry this number has been disconnected or is no longer in existence."I'm just going to return the mug..

I love this mug! I’m only giving it a 4 because like others have said, the colors are not the same as the photo. Not nearly as bright. I bought the mug expecting that because I too read reviews and decided I might like the muted tones anyway. I do! I think I would prefer vibrant but I really do love the mug. Great quality! I am buying three more.

Beautiful handmade mug. Colors are in a satin finish which I find very attractive. Since it is handmade the design is a little different than the one pictured but that is what I expected to see in a hand crafted mug. It is actually nicer than the one pictured on Amazon's website in my opinion. Packaged in lots of bubble wrap so was very well protected for shipment. If it had been mishandled in shipment (which is wasn't) it still would have made it safely. I wanted to get two different mugs but decided to wait and see what the first order looked like. I definitely will be ordering the second mug after seeing the quality of this one!

Packaging of product was poor, not well protected for a delivery. Handle broken off and in pieces in box. Design of cup is very nice otherwise

Mara mugs are substantial and enjoyable to use. I have several and being able to put them in the dishwasher is a plus.
