Great value. No serious issues so far. I don't have a lot of plastic, but the few prints have been ok. Only one tiny one gave me some trouble, but I just had forgotten to add the brim.

This printer is a powerhouse. Right out of the box this thing is printing in better detail than some of my other printers. My first print was a bit shaky, but once I trammed the bed and adjusted the eccentric nuts, it was amazing. So far I've printed PLA, PETG and even ABS, even without an enclosure aloth it was a lot of work to keep the ABS from lifting. You would definitely want to consider an enclosure, but there are dozens of IKEA hacks on the cheap. Aside from that, it is so fun to print with that I wish I had a couple more to keep printing round the clock. This produces some of the smoothest prints which is AMAZING for what you are paying. Now, your mileage may vary, but at this price its a no brainer.Once you open the box you are greeted with a very nicely pack printer. It does come mostly in pieces, so get ready to roll up your sleeves, but since it comes with all the tools you need assembly is a snap. I would strongly suggest watching some YouTube videos on building it and pay close attention to the ones that take extra time making sure every part is square. If you can, get a small right angle square and and take your time. The instructions are super easy to follow and come in full color. In all it took less than 45 minutes to get it assembled and printing. Good luck being able to do that with some other printers.One of the biggest pro that this printer has is that there are close to zero wires to deal with. Most other printers have a slew of cables and a separate control box to deal with. This whole system is neat and looks so nice. This printer is amazing. You have to remember that this is a kit printer and that it is under $200. There are some intricacies that you may have to deal with, like printing some accessories to really fine tune the printer, but that is half the fun. Go on Thingiverse and search Ender 3 and you'll be set. Also, make sure to join the Facebook group, again just search Ender 3, and you'll have every resource you need plus a community of makes all willing to help. Do yourself a favor, stop wasting time and just get one. You wont regret it one bit.

I have 11 printers . this one is one of the best out of the box printers. easy to put together took less than an hour from opening the box to printing . print quality is great out of the box. this is one of my go to printers. one of the best out of the box printers I have ever used, and for the price I will be getting another one soon.
