Challenging to fit!
This is a very well made item and comfortable to wear. It provided some pain relief when walking. It is very challenging to put in place because the velcro is super adhesive, so you are constantly fighting against it adhering to itself and the belt when trying to put in to position.

Very stretchy
I have SPD and bought this to stabilise the joint. It is quite stretchy so if it is only light support you need then this is perfect. If it is to try and stabilise the joint try and look for a less stretchy option. The main part of the belt can be easily sorted for fitting. When you use the extra tightening part of the belt dont let them overlap or they are quite hard to open again. There is a small strip of velcro on the left side to attach to but it is too narrow but again this wont be an issue for the people who just need light support

It helps..... but isn't designed for the plus-sized
In terms of helping with SI joint pain, it does actually help. My problem is that this is clearly not designed for anyone with a butt or some belly fat because if I'm sitting at my desk or work bench, the belt folds up on itself and therefore stops offering quite the same level of support.I'm gonna keep wearing it until I get to see my physio, as it's still better than no support, but figured I should warn my fellow thiccums before they decide.

pain be gone
i suffer from aches and pains and expecially my lower back and hips and struggle standing or walking for longer than 5 minutes. Wearing this sort of holds my hip in place and amazingly helps me to walk a little further than i normally would. I usually put on in the morning before going out and hitch up to my waist when driving. when walking i simply move it down to my hip area so the bottom of the belt sits where the crease of my leg is when raising. i put on with the one main strap and then tighten with the straps at the sides depending on what level of support is needed. I don't wear all the time as i like to try and manage without support but if i need to walk somewhere for about 10 mins then this goes on. I would highly recommend

Helpful but moves easily
This belt has a tendency to move “up” so it doesn’t fit properly. Otherwise it’s great.

Doch etwas schmal ,rutscht beim Sitzen
Der Gurt ist alles in allem recht gut, jedoch wenn man in auch bei der Arbeit tragen möchte und auch eine sitzende Tätigkeit wechselnt mit Bücken und gehen hat, merkt man schnell das er verrutscht,auch wenn er noch strammen gemacht wird. Ein wenig mehr Höhe oder breite genachdem wie man es ausdrückt wäre besser. Die 10 cm sind zu kanpp
