Great choice for half the price of official go pro model
I bought it for my Hero 5 black.It's super easy to connect with my camera, without issues. So far so good, but it seems like if your go pro and the Gopro remote are both under water for a moment they will lose connection. Anyway, the Gopro remote works well.

Can't get a good charge on it
Trying to get this thing to charge up is a challenge. It's some sort of magnet connector that doesn't stay in place long enough to charge it.

Remote works great but cheap material used for wristlet.
Remote is great but cheap wrist bracelet. May return based on that. They should change the material or give stronger velcro....fell off multiple times.

Great product works well
I tried the Gopro remote control a some distances and it worked great! Super convenient when you have a case covering the touchscreen (I’m using with my go pro 5). I love the star button that lets you pick a favorite setting to go to with the push of the star button!

It’s not a good product
Didn’t really work well. I lost the connection as soon as I got under water. I spent more time messing with this thing than I did enjoying what I was doing. Thumbs down
