I've been making iced tea with Luzianne Decaf for years but it seemed like it got too bitter (or my tastes changed). I decided to try Bigelow and I really like the flavor. Smooth and not bitter. I'll stick with Luzianne coffee but Bigelow is my new tea choice.

We discovered this on a cruise and it has good flavor.

I drink other flavors by bigelow, so I know of how good they are. But because of a upcoming surgery I could not drink any of my normal herbal or Caffeinated tea. So I decided to try Bigelow's Premium Decaf Black tea, just the smell alone sold me. Good bold tea taste, can't even tell its decaf. Now this will be another brand and style of tea added to my arsenal of tea's I drink.

I always drink this tea and have no complaints about the taste. I’m sure this is not the seller’s fault but I find these teabags have a lot of tea dust. So there’s always something floating in the cup.

I have tried MANY a tea brand over the years, and Bigelow is the absolute best. I love that they individually wrap each tea bag, but most important is the flavor. They are the only tea brand IMO that does not leave an aftertaste. I regularly drink their decaf green tea and peppermint tea (both are awesome FYI!), but I have been wanting to cut back on my coffee consumption, even decaf. I know you can find herbal coffee substitutes that swear they are just like coffee, but they are often made from barley and chicory (i.e. grain), which I also want to avoid.So, I decided to try a black decaf tea, add my organic creamer like I do with my coffee, and see how I like it. First, thank you to Amazon for carrying these Bigelow decaf teas! I searched all over Orlando, FL and couldn't find them anywhere. And, the price with Subscribe and Save cannot be beat.While waiting for my order to arrive, I tried the Twinings decaf Irish Breakfast Tea (purchased at my local Publix; the one brand of decaf black tea they carry), but it left an aftertaste and was a bit too malty. I needed to add cinnamon and my normal amount of Stevia along with my creamer to make it drinkable. I also tried a Rooibos (do a search for the Rooibos Rocks brand here on Amazon), and while it is excellent, and I will be brewing that as an iced tea, it just wasn't strong enough for my "coffee fix".This Bigelow decaf English Teatime, however, is just perfect! No aftertaste, and a strong but smooth flavor. I only needed half as much sweetener as I put in my coffee, and no cinnamon. By the time I got to the last of the tea in the cup, the temperature had cooled to almost lukewarm, but it still tasted just as good as the first sip. Lukewarm coffee, though, would have been dumped or reheated.I actually like this tea BETTER than my coffee! I also can tell my stomach likes it better, too. :)I cannot recommend this, or any tea from Bigelow, enough. Again, thank you Amazon for carrying it!

The tea is delicious, fresh and comforting ! Love to start my day with it .

This has become my favorite decaf black tea. Bigelow makes another that has hint of other flavors. Used to be black decaf tea didn't have bold flavor. I finally found one that you wouldn't know is decaf. I'm hooked!

Mold growing in the product

I am not sure this Bigelow Tea at all. I am in my 70's and drank tea from a young boy,I know a good tea. I ordered this because I just finished my last teat bag a few days before. This tea is so bitter and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth for hours. You can't even taste a tea taste on it. I'd give a lower that 1 but can't. I am so disappointment,never tasted Bigelow tea like this.

My wife had this tea at an hotel in Cleveland OH and was never able to find it again except at Amazon ... but guess what, now it is also at Walmart but only available online and with the cost of shipping it is only a couple dollars less ... so Amazon it will be for our next order too ... and yes it actually has the full delicious tea taste ...
