Didnt recieve the cleaning book thing

The order arrived swiftly. I use this as a multipurpose cleaner and air freshener. It also deodorises the fridge. Excellent because I have children around and it is non-toxic. Definitely value for money.

I am very disappointed. I received my order in the middle of the day. The packages did not have any external damage, but one of the containers of baking soda was very poorly strapped and opened during transport and a good part of the product spilled into the box, making it unfit for consumption. The error was made during the strapping which was very badly done, the lid was not clipped on correctly and the strapping was too tight and made the opening bigger.
