not at all what I expected. Thought I was getting Omnihealth Slim stix. This powder does not even dissolve in hot water! And it does not taste good. Would not recommend.

It works, I've stopped picking between meals and my portion sizes have reduced .... But it doesn't mix very well and I have to hold my nose to drink it as it tastes like plastic - I will see it through to the end of the box but I will look at other similar products once I'm done, there has to be one that tastes better.

Ugh, I had one and just about managed to drink it, totally vile, but within a very short space of time my stomach started getting cramps and bloating. I took a look at the ingredients and I'm pretty sure it was due to the excessive amount of sweeteners. If you're anyway sensitive to sweeteners, avoid avoid avoid.

Would not recommend - very disappointed and requested a refund
This is a terrible product, the powder does not break down in water unless it is blended together which is not practical if you are out and about or working. It is supposed to simply dissolve in water - I stirred and shook vigorously and still ended up a concoction of water with powdery lumps.Vile and a slimming gimmick!

Do Not Waste Your Money
Absolutely useless. Did not have the effect of making feel full as was advertised as doing. I eat healthily and was hoping this would help give my weight loss a boost but waste of money.

Bis die Ware da war vergingen fast vier wochen schon eine sehr lange Zeit, zu lange für meinen Geschmack...ansonsten eig ein gutes Produkt zur gewichtsreduktion

They do help
I had purchased these a couple of years ago from boots and they really helped with my hunger.I looked in boots recently to repurchase, but couldn't find them, so was glad to find them on Amazon.If I have one of these before lunch it helps me not overeat, I was able to drop a couple of pounds before holiday by using this product for about a month.

2nd time I have used slimsticks-first time was quite long time ago and was successful, so tried again.Am diabetic and since starting again I have lost a stone-but have taken opportunity to change eating habits too.Am very happy with results!!

Ich hab es 3 mal am Tag genommen so wie es in der Anleitung steht. Allerdings muss man ca. 0,5l nach Trinken und nur deswegen war man kurz satt. Doch mein Hungergefühl kam nach ca. 30 min wieder.Ich würde es mir nicht nocheinmal kaufen.
