Sheer Essence Jasmine Oil 15 ML (0.51 Fl.OZ) | 100% Pure Natural Undiluted Uncut Therapeutic Grade Jasminum Grandiflorum Essential Oil

I will give full disclosure: I use essential oils in toiletry-making, but I do not produce my own essential oil. I also used to live in Hawaii, where some people had beautiful Jasmine hedgerows and the intoxicating scent of jasmine would fill the hot night air like nothing else could! I've always wanted to use natural Jasmine scent in my products, so once I ordered a package of dried jasmine flowers from Egypt (on Amazon), hoping to use them to make a scented oil infusion. I waited a long time for them to arrive. When they came, they stunk like garbage. I never used them. This is the first time I've dared try ordering a product claiming to be "Pure Jasmine Oil." The moment I opened the bottle, I exclaimed, "This is the best essential oil scent that I have ever smelled!" I am not sure why there are poor reviews...but if it's anything like my experience with the Jasmine flowers, I would venture to guess it all has to do with the ripeness of the flowers and/or seed pods from which the oil is pressed, or could be a freshness issue. The dried flowers I ordered years ago from Egypt were horrendous. This product, conversely, is obviously fresh and has that same richness that fills your nostrils, just like those old days walking through Honolulu neighborhood with my old dog, Lucky, at night. It brought back memories for me--which might be why I feel so strongly about this scent! I immediately placed a few drops on my throat and wrists and so far, it's just got me reeling! I'm in love, and I am deeply grateful to the skilled and talented people who crafted this product. It does originate in India, but apparently the shipping time is not bad. They shipped it on April 16, and it arrived in Alaska on April 28. It does have an "expiration date" on the label. It seems that the makers believe it will hold shelf-stable for two years. Maybe yes, maybe not! Time will tell. Notwithstanding, I will certainly buy from this company again!! In fact, I have some special things I'm interested in sourcing from India, so I might reach out to them sometime to discuss. Just based on what I've seen in the last 10 minutes, I can only give my highest acclaim to this product... and I've got a delicate nose for this sort of thing, as one might expect from someone who routinely works with pure essential oil and cold-pressed oil products. Thank you for making my day--and possibly my year--with this wonderful oil!

I mix it with shea and other oils like bergamot etc to create body butters. It smells AMAZING and it’s definitely a mood lifter. FYI when you’re outside you will attract 🐝 Bee’s because you smell like a bouquet of flowers so if you don’t want to deal with that skip the jasmine. I LOVE IT 🥰

Just received this today, about a week earlier than expected. Well packaged; nothing damaged. However, as soon as I opened the Jasmine, I was a bit overwhelmed by the scent which, although not unpleasant, smells like a fragrance oil to me. (In other words, synthetic.) I have a couple varieties of real jasmine absolute (Jasminum grandiflorum and J. sambac) and they can smell quite intoxicating, but they are natural, and to be affordable, they are dilluted with a carrier oil. For the price, I did not expect too much from this order, but thought it might at least be a convincing jasmine-like fragrance oil, if not true essential oil. It's not bad. Just be aware of what you're getting. All products from India that I have received over the years (not just from this supplier), have turned out to be fragrance oils, in spite their claim to be pure essential oils. For your purposes, it may not make too much difference. But, the smell of fragrance oils usually put me off after a few minutes in the diffuser; they usually smell synthetic to me. As a perfume, or part of a perfume, this might work fine … for you.

Well now. I used the first bottle out of the two I ordered and imagine my surprise when I opened the second bottle to dab a couple of drops to my pillow. There wasn't any stopper in the bottle and our bedroom reeked quite strongly of Jasmine for well over a week. Good thing my husband and I enjoy the scent. When I washed our bedding, the scent went all through the house as well and our bedding still held the scent even after a thorough washing.

I don't know if these other reviewers here with 5 stars are nose blind or have never smelled actual Jasmine in their lives. I bought 3 bottles of "essential oils" from this company and all 3, including the Jasmine was trash! I have a bottle of real Jasmine essential oil and this smells like a 3 year old boiled crayons with water compared to the real deal. Also real Jasmine EO is 10 times the price of this product! Totally disappointed, and of course I'm going to demand a refund.

I just received the Jasmine oil today and it is delightful!! So well worth the wait as it took about 2 weeks to deliver from India. The pricing is excellent and the oil is genuine. I had ordered a cheaper jasmine oil from another company and the difference in smell is amazing. It is obvious the other is a cheap, bad smell, and definitely not a pure essential oil. . This is such a Beautiful, pure scent! I will be ordering from this company again..

I love the this fresh jasmine scent! I smells just like fresh picked jasmine off the vine. I compared it to other jasmine oils I have and you now I can smell the carrier oils in the others. This smells like fresh jasmine should smell, right off the vine. I think I've been smelling the wrong stuff all these years! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the aroma stays that way!

I love a seller who knows how to be realistic about their shipping times. It was such a fun surprise to get this in the mail earlier than expected. I love the smell of this oil right on my wrist as an easy perfume, but it's way too strong to put in the diffuser without diluting! This is some concentrated stuff, guys. I'm excited and hoping it'll last a good, long time!

OMG... I was hoping that it might somewhat resemble jasmine like brands found locally. I can't really describe what it smells like, but it is not pleasant. Tried 4 different oils from this company and was greatly disappointed by all of them. Will never try buying essential oils online again.

This product neither smelled like nor had the consistency of Jasmine Oil.
