I was attracted to these shoes as they are one of the few with an extra wide fitting. I have found them to be extremely comfortable to wear, unlike other safety shoes I have had where the steel toecap was noticeable at times where it ended at the tongue end, there is nothing to feel with these shoes, possibly due to their extra wide fitting.The shoes also score highly with me as they don't look like safety shoes, no large bump toe cap. The only strange thing I have found is that the shoes seem slighly longer for their size than equivalent shoes. By this I mean, I take a size 7 or 7.5 depending on style,these shoes with ordinary thickness socks seem to be closer to a 7.25/7.5 in size compared with standard size 7 shoes. Not a complaint, just an observation.I like these so much I might buy a second pair.

I bought size 12 as I'm 11-12 wide, and they were exactly how they look in the photos; like normal shoes. You'd have no idea, even close up, that they were steel toe capped. Unfortunately, this is the problem. The toe cap has been kept so low that the top of my toe joint rubbed on the edge of it. I've had toe capped shoes before, with a more pronounced cap, and they were fine. Otherwise, the shoes looked very smart and were comfortable in every other respect. I was tempted to keep them for very occasional wear, but figured that once the internal cloth covering the cap edge had worn, they'd be unbearable.Interestingly, Amazon supplied only a returns label, rather than a pickup label as per my previous experience, so I had to enjoy a half-hour queue in the Post Office.

These are safety shoes and as such they should not just provide protection, they should also be comfortable and not damage your feet in the process.Size potentially is just a little smaller than described but with the wide fitting, the difference is insufficient to create a problem.

Very good shoe,comfy , but i think a bit expensive,but as there the only ones like i had i needed to have them.

Really pleased with the quality of these shoes. Purchased for my husband who normally wears size 81/2 but as there were no half sizes he opted for size 8. Fit is okay and with a bit of wearing in will be fine. The size 9 would have been too big. Would definitely purchase again.
