This provides full protection for hips and tailbone. You gotta wear underwear underneath because the area around the groin is really scratchy.

They sent me a large wear like small.I’m 6 feet and 187lbs. The quality is ok.

Not for men, you loose your circulation down there.
Doesn’t even protect you when you fall. My balls hurt the entire time not comfortable whatsoever. Reccomend getting a size up
